What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Version 1 onboarding plan dated 30 Nov 2025, written by Laura Penhaligon for a Growth subscription running 24 Nov 2025 to 23 Nov 2026. It sets phases, owners and success measures. It states no service levels, and contracted ARR of £44,000 is quoted as a summary line.
What it is: an implementation plan from signature to a working brain, prepared by Laura Penhaligon, with Elena Novak taking over adoption and the renewal conversation at handover. It lists five phases: kick-off, connect, build, train and hand over.
Commits: it restates the contract as "Annual recurring revenue (contracted) | £44,000", 40 licensed users, start 24 November 2025 and end 23 November 2026. It is a plan, not an order form, so the executed order form decides price and terms.
Unusual: nothing off standard terms. The plan flags a possible need for Dutch-language pages and questions, still to be confirmed at kick-off.
Not settled: the named Brinkerhof lead, system administrators and connector go-live dates are not stated. The plan gives no service levels, and nothing shows whether the phases were completed or the renewal handled.

Body
Brinkerhof Distributie - Onboarding Plan
Version 1 | Final | 30 November 2025
Prepared by Laura Penhaligon, Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo. Customer Success Manager: Elena Novak. Account owner: Matteo Ricci.
1. Purpose
This plan sets out how Brinkerhof Distributie moves from signature to a working company brain. Brinkerhof, a wholesaler of electrical installation materials based in Eindhoven, bought the Growth tier so that account managers can see each installer's orders, delivery complaints and credit queries in one view. The subscription started on 24 November 2025 and runs to 23 November 2026.
2. Contract summary
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Customer | Brinkerhof Distributie, Eindhoven |
| Tier | Growth |
| Annual recurring revenue (contracted) | £44,000 |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Start date | 24 November 2025 |
| Contract end | 23 November 2026 |
3. Outcome we are working towards
Read the whole document (4,092 characters)
An account manager opens one page for an installer and sees recent orders, open delivery complaints and any credit query, without switching between systems or asking a colleague. The brain runs inside Brinkerhof's own Snowflake account, so the data stays where Brinkerhof already controls it.
4. Phases
| Phase | Focus | Owner | Milestone |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Kick-off | Confirm scope, users and the first questions the team wants answered | Laura Penhaligon | Agreed scope and named customer lead |
| 2. Connect | Connect the order data, the CRM, the helpdesk and the finance data that holds credit queries | Laura Penhaligon | Each source loading on the nightly refresh |
| 3. Build | Set up installer pages, chat and search; build the first dashboards with the account managers | Laura Penhaligon with Brinkerhof | Installer view reviewed by account managers |
| 4. Train | Walk the account managers through asking questions and reading the installer page | Laura Penhaligon | Team using the brain in daily work |
| 5. Hand over | Move from implementation to customer success and agree the first review | Elena Novak | Handover note and first quarterly review booked |
5. Responsibilities
BB-Demo
- Laura Penhaligon leads implementation, connector set-up and training.
- Elena Novak owns adoption, the quarterly reviews and the renewal conversation from handover.
- Matteo Ricci remains the commercial contact for any change to the order form.
Brinkerhof Distributie
- A named lead who can make decisions on scope and priorities.
- An administrator for each connected system, to grant access and answer questions about fields.
- Account managers available for the build and training sessions.
6. Dependencies and risks
- Access to source systems. Connectors cannot be completed until the system administrators grant access. To confirm, we will ask for these in the kick-off.
- Data quality. Delivery complaints and credit queries may be recorded in different ways across teams. We will agree a common reading with the account managers before building the installer view.
- Adoption. Usage at this stage is low, as expected before go-live. The training phase is where we expect it to rise.
- Language. Installers span the southern Netherlands and Flanders; we will confirm in kick-off whether any pages or questions need to work in Dutch.
7. Success measures
- All agreed sources loading on every nightly refresh.
- Account managers asking questions of the brain in their normal working week.
- A growing share of the 40 licensed users active by the first quarterly review.
- Brinkerhof able to say, in its own words, what the brain has changed for the account managers.
8. Communication
Laura sends a short written summary after each working session, with actions and owners. Elena joins the handover and then runs the review cycle from Amsterdam, so Brinkerhof has one clear contact for adoption and renewal questions.
9. Next steps
- Brinkerhof confirms its named lead and system administrators.
- Laura circulates the kick-off agenda in advance.
- Connect phase begins once access is granted.
