Renewal proposal dated 8 Jun 2026 from Sophie Ling for the Growth tier. It proposes an annual price of £50,000 for 40 users, replacing the contracted £41,800, billed annually in advance on 30-day terms. No availability or P1 figures are stated.

What it is: a final, version 1 renewal proposal from Sophie Ling, Account Executive, for the Growth subscription. It follows a term that began on 15 Aug 2025 and ends on 14 Aug 2026.

Commits: it is a proposal, not an order form. It states "The annual price of £50,000 is the Growth list price that applies to a renewal at this point" and that it "replaces the contracted £41,800 for the new term".

Unusual: the price rise is presented as list price on renewal, and any first-term discount ends. Active use is described as "a little lower than in the previous quarter" and below the 40 licensed users.

Not settled: the document does not show that the customer accepted or that a renewal order form was signed. The as-of date is after the term end, so the evidence does not show what happened next.

Carrowkeel Software - Renewal Proposal

Status: Final, version 1 Date: 8 Jun 2026 Prepared by: Sophie Ling, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success manager: Elena Novak

1. Context

Carrowkeel Software, a Dublin vendor of lettings and property-management software for letting agents in Ireland and the UK, has been a BB-Demo customer since 15 Aug 2025. It bought the Growth tier so that customer success can read support tickets, renewals and product usage per agency group in one place.

The current term ends on 14 Aug 2026. This proposal sets out what we recommend for the renewal and what it costs.

2. The current position

TierGrowth

Overdue invoicesNone
Support tickets in the last monthNone

The account is quiet and in good standing. Payments are on time and the support queue is empty. Active use is a little lower than in the previous quarter and sits well below the licensed user count, which is worth discussing, because it tells us there is room to bring more of the team in.

3. Proposal

We propose to renew the Growth subscription for a further annual term, starting the day after the current term ends.

The annual price of £50,000 is the Growth list price that applies to a renewal at this point. It replaces the contracted £41,800 for the new term. Any first-term discount from the original order ends at renewal.

4. What stays the same

  • Everything the Growth tier includes: pages, chat and search, the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews.
  • The brain continues to run inside Carrowkeel's own Snowflake account.
  • The Growth service levels in the current order form carry over unchanged.

5. What we would like to improve

  • Usage. Active use is below the licensed number of users. Elena Novak will review with the customer success team who is asking questions and which agency groups are not yet using the brain.
  • Value case. Before the renewal, we will put together a short summary of questions asked and dashboards built, so the value is easy to point to internally.
  • Headroom. If use grows beyond the Growth user allowance, we can discuss additional users at that point. We are not proposing any change to the allowance today.

6. Next steps

  • Sophie Ling and Elena Novak to walk the Carrowkeel sponsor through this proposal in the coming weeks.
  • Carrowkeel to confirm any change to users or connectors well ahead of the end of the term.
  • BB-Demo to issue the renewal order form once the scope is agreed.
  • Signed order form returned before the current term ends on 14 Aug 2026, so there is no gap in service.

If anything here does not match how Carrowkeel sees the account, tell us and we will revise it before the order form is drawn up.

Sophie Ling Account Executive, BB-Demo
