What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Draft renewal proposal for Growth tier, prepared by Sophie Ling on 3 Jun 2026 and not yet reviewed with the customer. It proposes an annual price of £50,000, up from the contracted £41,800, for a one-year term billed annually in advance.
What it is: An internal draft renewal proposal for the Growth tier. It states "Not yet reviewed with Carrowkeel Software" and is an open item, not an agreed price.
Commits: Proposes "Annual price | £50,000" with billing "Annual, in advance, standard payment terms" and a one-year term starting the day after the current term ends on 14 Aug 2026. As a draft it binds no one.
Unusual: The price rises from the contracted £41,800 because "Any first-term discount applied at signing does not carry into the renewal". The draft itself flags this as the point the customer is likely to raise.
Not settled: Whether the small fall in active users is real, how to explain the price movement, and whether any refresher session is offered. The text does not show a signed renewal or a date for the customer meeting. The term end of 14 Aug 2026 is before the as-of date, so the outcome is not shown here.

Body
Carrowkeel Software - Renewal Proposal v1
Status: Draft. Prepared by Sophie Ling, Account Executive, BB-Demo. Last edited 3 Jun 2026. Not yet reviewed with Carrowkeel Software.
Context
Carrowkeel Software, the Dublin vendor of lettings and property-management software, joined BB-Demo on 15 Aug 2025 on the Growth tier. The aim was for the customer success team to read support tickets, renewals and product usage per agency group from one place, inside Carrowkeel's own Snowflake account.
The current term ends on 14 Aug 2026. This draft sets out what we propose for the renewal. Elena Novak, the customer success manager, owns adoption and the renewal conversation alongside this proposal.
Where the account stands
- Tier: Growth, with the licensed allowance of 40 users.
- Contracted annual recurring revenue today: £41,800.
- No overdue invoices.
- No support tickets raised in the last month, and none at high priority.
- Active users have dipped slightly against the previous quarter. The number is small, but we want to understand it before the renewal meeting rather than after.

| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Deal type | Renewal |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Annual price | £50,000 |
| Deal amount | £50,000 |
| Billing | Annual, in advance, standard payment terms |
| Term | One year, starting the day after the current term ends |
The renewal price is the current Growth list price. Any first-term discount applied at signing does not carry into the renewal, which is why the annual price moves up from the contracted £41,800 to £50,000. There is no implementation fee on a renewal.
What stays the same
- The Growth feature set: pages, chat and search, the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews.
- The Growth connector allowance and the standard Growth service levels.
- The brain continues to run inside Carrowkeel's Snowflake account.
Open points
- Confirm with Elena Novak whether the small fall in active users reflects a change in who is asking questions or a genuine drop in use.
- Decide whether to offer a short refresher session for the customer success team before the term ends.
- Agree internally how to explain the price movement, as it is the main point the customer is likely to raise.
- Check whether Carrowkeel wants any additional users or connectors added at renewal. Nothing in the account activity suggests it does.
Next steps
- Sophie Ling to review this draft with Elena Novak this week.
- Issue the final proposal to Carrowkeel Software once the open points are closed.
- Hold the renewal conversation well ahead of 14 Aug 2026 so there is time to sign without a gap in service.
