What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final onboarding plan dated 17 Aug 2025 for bringing Carrowkeel Software live on the Growth tier. It lists contract end 14 Aug 2026, contracted recurring revenue of £41,800 and 40 licensed users. It is a plan, not a contract.
What it is: a BB-Demo onboarding plan prepared by Hamza Akhtar, covering five phases from kick-off to hand over, with Elena Novak as customer success manager and Sophie Ling as account owner.
Commits: the contract summary states "Customer since | 15 Aug 2025", "Contract end | 14 Aug 2026" and 40 licensed users. Milestone three says all agreed connectors go live "within the Growth connector allowance". No connector delivery dates are given.
Unusual: nothing off the standard Growth terms. The plan asks for a named administrator "and a second one as cover", and flags a single administrator as an exposure.
Not settled: the plan states no service levels, availability or response times. It does not say whether the contract was renewed, and the contract end date is before the as-of date, so the current position needs checking against the executed order form and accounting. The £41,800 is the figure in this plan, not confirmed against the order form.

Carrowkeel Software - Onboarding Plan
Version: one, final Prepared by: Hamza Akhtar, Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo Date: 17 Aug 2025 Customer success manager: Elena Novak Account owner: Sophie Ling
1. Purpose
This plan sets out how BB-Demo will bring Carrowkeel Software live on the company brain under the Growth tier. Carrowkeel is a Dublin vendor of lettings and property-management software for letting agents in Ireland and the UK. The goal is that its customer success team can read support tickets, renewals and product usage per agency group in one place, inside Carrowkeel's own Snowflake account.

| Phase | What happens | BB-Demo owner | Carrowkeel owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kick-off | Confirm goals, agree the list of sources and who administers the brain | Hamza Akhtar | Customer success lead |
| Connect | Connect the helpdesk, the CRM and the product usage source; confirm each is loading | Hamza Akhtar | A colleague in IT |
| Validate | Check records against the source systems and agree what good looks like per agency group | Hamza Akhtar | Customer success lead |
| Enable | Train the first group of users, set up pages and search for the team's daily questions | Hamza Akhtar | Customer success lead |
| Hand over | Move to business as usual with the CSM and agree the first review | Elena Novak | Customer success lead |
4. Milestones
- Sources agreed and access granted.
- First connector loading and nightly refresh confirmed.
- All agreed connectors live, within the Growth connector allowance.
- First users trained and asking questions.
- Handover to customer success, with the first quarterly review booked.
5. What we need from Carrowkeel
- A named administrator, and a second one as cover.
- Access to the Snowflake account for the connection work.
- Credentials or approvals for each source system, arranged through a colleague in IT.
- A short list of the questions the customer success team asks most often, so we can test the brain against them.
6. Risks and watch points
- Access delays. Source approvals are the most common cause of slippage. We will raise any waiting item early with Sophie Ling.
- Single administrator. If only one person administers the brain, the account is exposed if they are away or leave. We recommend naming a second administrator in the first phase.
- Early adoption. Usage will be very low until users are trained. This is expected and is not a concern at this stage.
7. After go-live
Elena Novak becomes the main contact once handover is complete. Quarterly business reviews are part of the Growth tier, and the renewal conversation will be led by the CSM ahead of the contract end date.
