What it says
What this says
Current to 12 Oct 26Internal first draft by Sophie Ling dated 1 May 2026, not shared with the customer. It proposes an Enterprise annual price of £129k against £103k under the current order form, for 160 licensed users. The term was due to end 9 Jul 2026.
What it is: an internal renewal proposal, marked "Draft. Not yet shared with the customer." Figures are taken from the current order form and account records as at 1 May 2026.
Commits: nothing, as it is unsent. It states a proposed annual price of £129k, 160 licensed users, and a nightly refresh complete by 07:00 UK time on business days, with service credits for availability and data freshness.
Unusual: the proposed price sits above the £103k under the current order form, and the draft says the difference "needs a clear explanation". It also says any first-term discount ends at renewal and makes no concession offer.
Not settled: whether the high priority ticket is closed, the user allocation, and the value case. The evidence does not show whether the proposal was ever sent or a renewal signed; the term end of 9 Jul 2026 is before the as-of date.

Vellacott Payments - Renewal Proposal v1
Draft. Not yet shared with the customer.
Prepared by Sophie Ling, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 1 May 2026 Customer success manager: Daniel Okafor
1. Context
Vellacott Payments has been an Enterprise customer since 10 July 2025. The company is an FCA-authorised e-money and payments firm providing payouts and collections for marketplaces and payroll bureaux. It chose Enterprise after a security review so that partnerships, merchant onboarding and complaints teams can see each client together.
The current term ends on 9 Jul 2026. This proposal sets out how we suggest the subscription continues.
2. How the account is doing
- Active users have edged up slightly against the prior quarter.
- Licensed users remain at 160.
- There were two support tickets in the last thirty days, one of them high priority. We will confirm with Daniel that it is resolved before this goes out.
- There are no overdue invoices.
The account is healthy on payment and stable on usage. Adoption across all licensed users is still the main opportunity, and the proposal should be read with that in mind.

| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tier | Enterprise |
| Deal type | Renewal |
| Licensed users | 160 |
| Proposed annual price | £129k |
| Current contracted annual recurring revenue | £103k |
| Current term ends | 9 Jul 2026 |
The proposed annual price of £129k compares with £103k under the current order form. The difference needs a clear explanation for the customer before it is sent: what stays the same, what the price reflects, and what they get for it.
4. What stays the same
- Enterprise tier, with single sign-on and SCIM
- An executive sponsor
- The Enterprise availability and support response commitments, and service credits for availability and for data freshness
- Nightly refresh complete by 07:00 UK time on business days
- Annual subscription, invoiced in advance in pounds sterling
5. Points to settle before sending
- Price conversation. The step from the current figure to the proposed annual price is material. We should decide with Daniel whether to open with the value delivered so far or with the price itself.
- Discount. Any first-term discount ends at renewal. We have not decided whether any concession is appropriate here, and the proposal makes no offer on this.
- Licensed users. Decide whether to keep the allocation as it is or to propose a different number, given active users sit well below the licensed figure.
- Value case. Daniel is to confirm what the customer would say the brain is worth to them, so we can lead with their words.
- High priority ticket. Confirm status and root cause so we do not send a renewal into an open issue.
