Draft proposal of 16 Dec 2025 for a small Enterprise expansion. It states an annual expansion price of £4,000 and a total deal value of £1,962 to invoice. It is not part of the contract until an order form is executed.

What it is: a draft expansion proposal prepared by Sophie Ling, Account Executive, for the existing Enterprise subscription. It states "This document is a draft and does not form part of the contract until an order form is executed."

Commits: nothing binding. It quotes an annual price of £4,000 for the expansion and a total deal value of £1,962, which "is not an annual price". The existing contract end is given as 9 Jul 2026.

Unusual: the £1,962 invoice amount and the £4,000 annual price differ, and the text says the full-year price applies "at the next renewal". The context cites a £99k subscription for 150 users.

Not settled: the add-on lines, the invoicing date and the co-terming are all listed as open points. The text does not show whether an order form addendum was ever executed.

Vellacott Payments - Proposal v1

Status: Draft Prepared by: Sophie Ling, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 16 Dec 2025

Context

Vellacott Payments has been an Enterprise customer since 10 Jul 2025, with 150 licensed users under a subscription of £99k a year. Since go-live, usage has grown strongly across the partnerships, merchant onboarding and complaints teams, and the number of people asking questions of the brain has risen well beyond the early group. The helpdesk has been quiet, with only a couple of tickets in the last month and no invoices outstanding.

This proposal sets out a small expansion to the existing Enterprise subscription so that the brain keeps pace with that adoption.

Scope

Read the whole document (2,441 characters)

The expansion sits inside your existing Enterprise order form and the same master agreement. It does not change your current service levels, support terms or data residency.

  • Additional capacity on the Enterprise subscription, matched to current usage.
  • The same security controls, single sign-on and user provisioning as today.
  • Continued quarterly reviews with Daniel Okafor, your customer success manager.

Why now

  • Adoption has moved from a handful of early users to a broad group across three teams.
  • More questions are being asked each month, which is the clearest sign of value.
  • Adding capacity now avoids hitting limits just as the teams are building the habit.

Open points

  • The exact add-on lines are still to be agreed with your programme sponsor.
  • Finance to confirm the invoicing date for the expansion.
  • Sophie Ling to align the co-terming of this expansion with the existing end date.

Next steps

  • Review this draft with your sponsor and finance contact.
  • Sophie Ling to issue the order form addendum once the open points are settled.
  • Daniel Okafor to include the expansion in the next quarterly review.

This document is a draft and does not form part of the contract until an order form is executed.
