What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Renewal proposal issued by Lewis Kerr on 3 Nov 2025 for the term ending 5 Jan 2026. It proposes Enterprise for 40 licensed users at £119k annual price, billed annually in advance on thirty-day terms. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.
What it is: a renewal proposal from Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, to Kingdon Diagnostics. It states the current term ends "5 Jan 2026" and recommends Enterprise for 40 licensed users at an annual price of £119k.
Commits: nothing binding. Billing is "Annually in advance, thirty-day payment terms", with VAT additional. The Enterprise benefits are described in general terms, with no figures for availability, P1 response or credits.
Unusual: the proposal gives contracted annual recurring revenue of £51k against a proposed price of £119k, a large step. Active users are "Between seven and eight" against 40 licensed.
Not settled: the acceptance block is blank, so the document does not show that the customer accepted. The order form was to follow, and the executed order form decides the contracted price and terms. The status shown as Final is not a signature.
