What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Internal draft renewal proposal dated 29 Oct 2025 moving Kingdon Diagnostics from Growth to Enterprise at £119k annual price, 40 licensed users, billed annually in advance. Not issued or signed; the term ends 5 Jan 2026.
What it is: an internal draft by Lewis Kerr, marked "Status: Draft for internal review", proposing a renewal on the Enterprise tier. It is an open item, not a contract.
Commits: nothing yet. The proposal table gives "Annual price | £119k", "Annually in advance, thirty-day payment terms" and VAT additional at the prevailing rate. The text states no availability percentage, P1 response time or refresh deadline.
Unusual: the upgrade is proposed although active users are "around eight" against 40 licences. The draft itself says "We should not push the upgrade if the usage does not support it."
Not settled: first-term discount, whether a security review is needed, and who signs. The executed order form, not this draft, decides contracted terms, and the evidence does not show whether it was issued.

Body
Kingdon Diagnostics - Renewal Proposal v1
Status: Draft for internal review
Prepared by Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BB-Demo, on 29 Oct 2025. Customer success contact: Amara Obi.
1. Context
Kingdon Diagnostics has been a BB-Demo customer since 6 Jan 2025. The network runs MRI and CT services for NHS trusts and private insurers from twelve sites in the North East and Cumbria. It bought the Growth tier so that contract managers can see each trust's referrals, reporting-turnaround tickets and invoices together in the company brain.
The current term ends on 5 Jan 2026. This document sets out what we propose for the renewal.
2. How the account is doing
- Contracted annual recurring revenue today is £51k, with 40 licensed users.
- Average active users over the last thirty days are around eight, and that is up on the previous quarter.
- There were no support tickets in the last thirty days, none of them high priority.
- There are no overdue invoices.
To put a number on it: adoption is growing from a small base. Eight active users against 40 licences means the team has headroom on seats before it needs more.
3. Proposal

| Item | Proposal |
|---|---|
| Deal type | Renewal |
| Tier | Enterprise |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Annual price | £119k |
| Billing | Annually in advance, thirty-day payment terms |
| VAT | Additional, at the prevailing rate |
The Enterprise tier adds single sign-on and SCIM, an executive sponsor, and a higher availability and support commitment, including a faster first response on priority-one issues than Growth provides. Premium support and the Sandbox are available on Enterprise from the second price book.
4. Why Enterprise
The contract managers' view across referrals, tickets and invoices is now part of how the network handles its trust relationships. Moving to Enterprise gives that work stronger service levels, service credits that cover data freshness as well as availability, and a named executive sponsor on our side.
5. Open points (draft)
- Confirm with Amara Obi that the Enterprise features are wanted, given active usage is still modest. We should not push the upgrade if the usage does not support it.
- Confirm whether any first-term discount applies. None is assumed in the figures above.
- Check whether a security review is needed before signature.
- Agree who at Kingdon Diagnostics will sign the order form.
6. Next steps
- Internal review of this draft by Lewis Kerr and Amara Obi.
- Walk the proposal through with the customer's contract management lead.
- Issue the order form well ahead of 5 Jan 2026.
Kind regards, Lewis
