What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Proposal from Lewis Kerr for a small expansion of the existing Growth subscription, co-termed to renewal, with users staying at 40. It states an annual value of £9,000 and a total deal value of £2,934. It is a proposal, not an order form.
What it is: a version one proposal dated 13 Aug 2025, stored as final, adding an expansion to the Growth subscription held since 6 Jan 2025. It says "nothing in it changes the terms you already hold".
Commits: nothing binding. Pricing is stated as "Annual contract value of the expansion" £9,000 and "Total deal value for this expansion" £2,934, and the existing contracted annual recurring revenue is £42k. Service levels are unchanged from the existing Growth order form.
Unusual: the total deal value (£2,934) is lower than the annual value (£9,000). The text explains it as the amount within the current term and says it "should not be read as" an annual price.
Not settled: whether the order form was ever issued or signed. The text says "a signed order form" decides contracted price, and the subscription it cites ran to 5 Jan 2026, so the proposal is stale against that date.

Body
Kingdon Diagnostics - Proposal
Prepared for: Kingdon Diagnostics, Newcastle upon Tyne Prepared by: Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 13 Aug 2025 Status: Final, version one
Context
Kingdon Diagnostics has been a BB-Demo customer since 6 Jan 2025. You run MRI and CT services for NHS trusts and private insurers from twelve sites in the North East and Cumbria, and you chose the Growth tier so that contract managers can see each trust's referrals, reporting-turnaround tickets and invoices together in one place.
The current subscription is on the Growth tier with 40 licensed users, and the contracted annual recurring revenue is £42k. The subscription runs to 5 Jan 2026. This proposal covers an expansion of that subscription, and nothing in it changes the terms you already hold.
What we are proposing
An expansion of your existing Growth subscription, added to the contract you already have rather than set up as a separate agreement. The proposal is deliberately small: it builds on what your team is already using and does not ask you to change tier.

- Tier: Growth, unchanged.
- Deal type: expansion of the existing subscription.
- Licensed users: remain at 40.
- Term: co-termed to your renewal, so there is one renewal date to manage rather than two.
Pricing
All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate on the invoice.
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Annual contract value of the expansion | £9,000 |
| Total deal value for this expansion | £2,934 |
| Existing contracted annual recurring revenue | £42k |
To put a number on it: the annual value of the expansion is £9,000, and the total deal value of £2,934 is the amount for this expansion as it sits within your current term. The annual figure is the one that carries forward at renewal. The total deal value is not an annual price and should not be read as one.
No discount is shown against the expansion in this proposal. Any figure that differs from the above would need to be confirmed in a signed order form, which is what decides contracted price and terms.
Service levels
The expansion sits under your existing Growth service levels and the order form you already hold. No change to availability, first response or service credits is proposed here.
