What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Draft proposal dated 8 Aug 2025 from Lewis Kerr to expand the Growth subscription. It states an expansion annual price of £9,000 and a deal amount of £2,934. Nothing is binding until an order form is signed.
What it is: a draft expansion proposal under the existing master services agreement and executed data processing agreement. The text says "Nothing here is binding until an order form is signed."
Commits: nothing yet. It states the expansion annual price as £9,000 and the deal amount as £2,934, co-termed to the renewal on 5 Jan 2026, with standard Growth service levels continuing.
Unusual: the £9,000 annual price and £2,934 deal amount sit side by side without a reconciling explanation. The scope is also left open: "I will only include what the usage supports."
Not settled: which capacity is added, who approves the order form, and the start date. The renewal is kept as a separate conversation. The document is old against the as-of date and the evidence does not show a version two or a signed order form.

Body
Kingdon Diagnostics - Proposal v1
Draft for discussion, dated 8 Aug 2025. Written by Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BB-Demo. Nothing here is binding until an order form is signed.
Context
Kingdon Diagnostics has been a BB-Demo customer since 6 Jan 2025 on the Growth tier, with forty licensed users. Contract managers use the brain to see each trust's referrals, reporting-turnaround tickets and invoices together, across the twelve sites in the North East and Cumbria.
Usage has edged up over the last quarter and support demand has been light, with no high-priority tickets. The account is healthy, and this proposal is about adding to it in a measured way rather than changing what already works.
What we are proposing
An expansion of the existing Growth subscription. It sits under the current master services agreement and the executed data processing agreement, so no new legal terms are needed. The scope of the additional capacity is to be walked through with your contract managers, and I will only include what the usage supports.
Pricing
All prices are stated without VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate on the invoice.

| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Deal type | Expansion |
| Annual price of the expansion | £9,000 |
| Deal amount (total value of this order) | £2,934 |
| Current contracted annual recurring revenue | £42k |
| Licensed users on the existing subscription | 40 |
To put a number on it: the annual price of the expansion is £9,000, and the deal amount of £2,934 is the total value of this order. The order will be co-termed to your renewal on 5 Jan 2026, so you will not carry a second renewal date.
The existing renewal is a separate conversation. I will keep it distinct from this order so that neither one muddies the other.
Delivery
- Amara Obi, your customer success manager, will coordinate the change with your team.
- Any new connector or user changes are made inside your Snowflake account, as the rest of the brain is.
- The standard Growth service levels continue to apply, as does the quarterly review.
Open points
- Confirm with your contract managers exactly which capacity they need, using the latest usage report.
- Confirm who on your side will approve the order form.
- Agree a start date that suits your team.
Next steps
- You review this draft and send me comments.
- I update it into a version two and issue an order form for signature.
- Amara and I agree the change window with your team.
I'll send that over today once I have your comments.
Kind regards, Lewis
