What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Renewal proposal dated 2 Mar 2026 from Priya Raman, offering a move from Starter (£24k contracted) to Growth at £48k annually in advance. It is a proposal, not an order form. The text states no availability or P1 response figure.
What it is: a final-status renewal proposal from Priya Raman, Account Executive, for a term ending 30 Apr 2026. It proposes Growth at £48k annually in advance, on 30-day terms, with quarterly billing on request.
Commits: nothing binds either party. The service levels are described only as "a quicker first response on priority issues than Starter, and a higher availability commitment", with no figures.
Unusual: the proposal says the price is "just over double what you pay today" and admits "the current plan is more than your active group needs today". It offers to price Starter instead.
Not settled: the evidence does not show whether Grisedale accepted, whether an order form was signed, or what happened after 30 Apr 2026. No user or connector numbers for Growth are given, and the proposal does not mention the v2 price change.

Grisedale Search & Selection - Renewal Proposal
Prepared by Priya Raman, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: Monday 2 March 2026 Status: Final
1. Context
Grisedale Search & Selection has been a BB-Demo customer since Wednesday 1 May 2024. You are on the Starter tier, with contracted annual recurring revenue of £24k and 15 licensed users. The current term ends on 30 Apr 2026.
The brain gives your consultants and your operations manager one place to see client accounts, open roles and client complaints. Use has grown on the previous quarter, support has been quiet, and your account is fully paid up. That is a good position to renew from.
2. What we are proposing
We propose renewing on the Growth tier, rather than staying on Starter, from the day after the current term ends.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Deal type | Renewal with a move up to Growth |
| Tier | Growth |
| Annual price | £48k |
| Billing | Annually in advance, 30-day terms (quarterly on request) |
| Current contract | Starter, £24k annual recurring revenue |
The annual price is just over double what you pay today, so I want to be clear about what you get for it.
3. What changes with Growth
Read the whole document (3,024 characters)
- More room. The Growth user allowance and connector allowance are both larger than Starter, so more of your consultants and more of your systems can sit in the brain.
- Several teams, not one. Growth is built for more than one team using the same layer, for example the finance, legal and HR desks working from the same client view.
- Dashboards builder. Your team can build its own dashboards over client and role data instead of asking us for them.
- Quarterly QBRs. Marcus Bell will review usage and value with you every quarter, rather than at the six-monthly check-in that comes with Starter.
- Faster support. The Growth service level has a quicker first response on priority issues than Starter, and a higher availability commitment.
Everything you use today carries over: pages, chat and search over your existing connected systems.
4. Why now
Honestly, the current plan is more than your active group needs today, and I would not suggest moving up purely for size. The case for Growth is about spreading use across more of the consulting teams and giving the operations manager dashboards that show client complaints and open roles at a glance. If that is not where Grisedale wants to go this year, renewing on Starter is a perfectly reasonable alternative and I am happy to price that too.
5. Next steps
- Read through this proposal and note anything you want changed.
- Short call with me and Marcus to talk through who would use Growth and how.
- Confirm your preferred plan, so the order form can be prepared in good time before 30 Apr 2026.
To keep momentum, it would help to have a decision in principle in the next couple of weeks, so there is no gap between terms. Happy to make this easy: tell me which plan you prefer and I will take care of the paperwork.
Best, Priya
