1. Where we are
Grisedale Search & Selection joined BB-Demo on 1 May 2024 on the Starter tier. Your consultants and your operations manager use the company brain to see client accounts, open roles and client complaints in one place, rather than reconciling them by hand across systems.
Your current term ends on 30 Apr 2025. This proposal sets out how we suggest continuing from there, to keep momentum and make the renewal easy to complete.
2. How the year has gone
- Usage is up on the previous quarter, with the same small group of consultants and the operations manager using the brain regularly.
- Support has been quiet: two tickets in the last 30 days, one of them high priority, and both handled.
- There are no overdue invoices on the account.
3. What we propose
We propose renewing on the same tier and the same footprint, with no change to how the brain is set up.

4. What stays the same

- The Starter feature set: pages, chat and search.
- The Starter service levels, as set out in your existing order form.
- Your Customer Success Manager, Marcus Bell, and the six-monthly check-in.
5. Room to grow
Your licensed users are well above the number who log in day to day. If more of the team would find the brain useful, for example more consultants or a second team, we are happy to talk about how to bring them in. There is no need to decide that now, and it does not hold up the renewal.
6. Next steps
- Confirm you are happy to renew on the terms above.
- We issue the renewal order form for signature.
- Signature before 30 Apr 2025, so there is no gap in service.
