Services
BB-Demo will provide the company brain at the Starter tier, built and operated inside the Customer's own Snowflake account, together with the implementation described in the lines above. The implementation runs over four weeks and covers up to four connectors, which is the Starter limit.
Term and renewal
The initial term runs from 1 May 2024 to 30 Apr 2025. The subscription renews only by agreement of both parties. BB-Demo's customer success manager will contact the Customer ahead of the end date to discuss renewal.
Fees and payment
- The subscription fee is invoiced annually in advance.
- The one-off implementation fee is invoiced once, as set out in the order form.
- Invoices are payable within 30 days.
- All amounts are in pounds sterling.

Service credits under this agreement apply to availability. Data freshness is not a credited measure at the Starter tier.
Data and security
The Customer's data remains in the Customer's own Snowflake account. BB-Demo accesses it only to provide and support the services. Detailed data protection terms are set out in the data processing agreement that accompanies this agreement.
General
This agreement, with the order form, is the whole agreement between the parties on its subject matter. Any change must be in writing and signed by both parties. English law applies.
