What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Draft proposal of 28 Feb 2024 from Priya Raman for the Starter tier. Subscription £20k a year, billed annually in advance; total first-year deal value £26k including implementation. Not agreed or signed.
What it is: a draft proposal for discussion, marked "Draft. Not yet agreed or signed." It recommends the Starter tier over the CRM and the client, role and complaint systems, with pages, chat and search.
Commits: nothing binding. It states £20k as the annual subscription, £26k as the first-year total including a four-week fixed-fee implementation, and "Payment terms are thirty days from invoice."
Unusual: nothing off standard. "Standard Starter service levels apply unless the order form says otherwise", and the document states no availability or P1 figure.
Not settled: the systems to connect, who signs the order form, and annual versus quarterly invoicing. The evidence does not show whether an order form followed, so this is an open item, not contracted terms.

Grisedale Search & Selection - Proposal v1
Draft for discussion
Prepared for: Grisedale Search & Selection, Manchester Prepared by: Priya Raman, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 28 Feb 2024 Status: Draft. Not yet agreed or signed.
Context
Grisedale Search & Selection is a Manchester recruiter placing finance, legal and HR professionals across the North West. Today, consultants and the operations manager have to move between several systems to understand a client: who the client is, which roles are open, and whether there are any complaints. That takes time, and it means people sometimes go into a client call without the full picture.
This proposal sets out how BB-Demo's company brain would bring those views together, built and run inside Grisedale's own Snowflake account.
What we heard
- Consultants want one place to see a client account and its open roles.
- The operations manager wants client complaints visible alongside the account, not in a separate list.
- The team is small and wants something simple to start with, not a large programme.
Proposed scope
We recommend the Starter tier, which is built for one team and keeps the footprint small.
Read the whole document (3,545 characters)
- The brain over your CRM and the systems that hold client, role and complaint information.
- Pages, chat and search, so consultants can ask a question in plain English and get an answer from their own data.
- The Starter user allowance and connector allowance, which comfortably cover the consultants and the operations manager.
- A six-monthly check-in with your Customer Success Manager, Marcus Bell.
Out of scope for this proposal: the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews, which come with Growth, and any dedicated data residency or on-site training. We can revisit these if the team's needs grow.
Implementation
Implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee piece of work of four weeks. It covers connecting your systems, loading your data and getting the first pages and searches working on your own records. We would also run a short session with the consultants so they know what to ask on day one.
Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Starter subscription, annual, billed in advance | £20k |
| One-off implementation fee | included in the deal total below |
| Total deal value (first year, including implementation) | £26k |
The £20k is the annual subscription price. The £26k is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee, which is not repeated in later years. Payment terms are thirty days from invoice.
Commercial terms
- Annual term, with the subscription invoiced annually in advance. Quarterly invoicing is available on request.
- Contracted under BB-Demo's standard Master Services Agreement, with an order form setting out the lines, term and any connector commitments.
- Standard Starter service levels apply unless the order form says otherwise.
Open points
- Final list of systems to connect, to be confirmed with the operations manager.
- Who at Grisedale will sign the order form.
- Whether the team wants quarterly invoicing rather than annual.
Next steps
- Grisedale reviews this draft and tells us what to change.
- We confirm the systems and users in scope.
- We issue the order form under the MSA.
- Implementation starts as soon as the order form is signed.
Happy to make this easy: if we can get the scope agreed in the next couple of weeks, we keep momentum and the team is asking questions of their own data soon after.
Best, Priya
