Second draft MSA for the Growth tier, issued 13 Nov 2023, unsigned and non-binding. It states 99.5% availability, P1 first response of 1 business hour, and an annual recurring charge of £43k with total contract value £55k.

What it is: a second draft MSA between BB-Demo and Pentreath Cold Chain, marked "It is not signed and does not bind either party until an executed copy exists." The signature block is blank.

Commits (if signed): Growth tier at £44k less 10%, £3,500 for additional users, £12k implementation. Term 28 Dec 2023 to 27 Dec 2024, billed annually in advance, 30 days from invoice.

Unusual: a 10% first-term discount and service credits of "10% of one month's fee for each month with an availability breach", which is above the Growth standard of 5%. Credits are for availability only, not stale data.

Not settled: connector list and go-live commitments, named contacts for notices and invoices. The evidence does not show an executed copy, so this draft is not the contracted position.

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
