What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Proposal dated 9 Oct 2026 from Jordan Pike to expand the existing Growth subscription at £12,000 per year. It is an open item, not an order form. It states no availability or P1 response figure.
What it is: a version 1 proposal, stored as final, for an expansion under the same tier, MSA and business associate agreement. It says the expansion is "priced at £12,000 per year" and the total deal amount is £12,000.
Commits: it restates the existing subscription end date of 29 Apr 2027 and says billing "follows the same basis as your current subscription, with standard payment terms". It is a proposal, so it binds nobody until an order form is signed.
Unusual: it quotes contracted annual recurring revenue of £50,000 and 40 licensed users as the existing position, and says any change will be "shown in the order form, not assumed from this document".
Not settled: the allowances the expansion covers are not stated, only that they "will be written into the order form". No service levels or connector dates are given beyond "as they do today", and the proposal sets no acceptance date.

Quarrington Care Network - Proposal
Status: Final Version: 1 Date: 9 Oct 2026 Prepared for: Quarrington Care Network, Chicago Prepared by: Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BB-Demo Customer success manager: Hollie Grieve
Summary
Quarrington Care Network has been a BB-Demo customer since 30 Apr 2026. In that time the company brain has become part of how the referral-relations and patient-services teams work with each referring hospital. This proposal sets out an expansion of the existing Growth subscription, priced at £12,000 per year.
To be transparent about where we are: this is an expansion on an account that is healthy and growing, not a rescue and not a replacement. Here's the short version of what we are proposing and why.
- Tier: Growth, the tier you already hold.
- Deal type: expansion of the current subscription.
- Annual price of the expansion: £12,000.
- Total deal amount: £12,000.
- Contracted annual recurring revenue today: £50,000.
- Licensed users today: 40.
Where you are today

Quarrington operates a home-health and hospice network of about sixty branches across Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. Because the work involves protected health information, the brain runs under a business associate agreement and inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays where your compliance team expects it.
The Growth subscription gives the referral-relations and patient-services teams one place to see each referring hospital's calls, tickets and contracts together. What we are seeing since go-live:
- Active use has grown substantially compared with the prior quarter.
- Support demand is light: only a couple of tickets in the last thirty days, and none of them high priority.
- Invoices are paid on time, with nothing overdue.
In plain terms, the teams are asking the brain questions, and they are asking more of them. That is the behaviour that makes an expansion worth discussing.
What we are proposing
We propose to extend your current Growth subscription with additional scope under the same tier, the same Master Services Agreement and the same business associate agreement. Nothing about how your data is handled changes.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Customer | Quarrington Care Network |
| Tier | Growth |
| Deal type | Expansion |
| Annual price of the expansion | £12,000 |
| Total deal amount | £12,000 |
| Existing contracted annual recurring revenue | £50,000 |
| Existing licensed users | 40 |
| Existing subscription end date | 29 Apr 2027 |
The exact allowances covered by the expansion will be written into the order form, so that what you pay for is what you can point to. We would rather confirm the details with you line by line than leave anything loosely described.
What stays the same
- Your data remains in your Snowflake account, and BB-Demo operates the brain inside it.
- The business associate agreement continues to apply to the whole subscription, including the expansion.
- Growth service levels, including availability and priority response times, apply as they do today.
- Quarterly business reviews continue with Hollie Grieve as your customer success manager.
- The nightly refresh continues to complete before the start of your business day.
Why now
- Adoption is moving in the right direction, and expanding while the teams have momentum is easier than doing so after habits settle.
- The expansion sits alongside a subscription that runs to 29 Apr 2027, so the renewal conversation later will cover one clear picture of what the brain does for you.
- A clean, small expansion is a good way to confirm that the brain is paying for itself before the renewal.
Commercial terms
- The expansion is priced at £12,000 per year.
- Billing follows the same basis as your current subscription, with standard payment terms.
- The expansion is intended to run alongside the existing subscription, which ends on 29 Apr 2027, so that both can be reviewed together at renewal.
- Any change to the existing contracted annual recurring revenue of £50,000 will be shown in the order form, not assumed from this document.
Risks and open questions
Here's where we want to be straightforward with your security and compliance teams:
- Any new data source connected as part of the expansion will go through the same review as the sources already live, before it is switched on.
- If the expansion would change who can see patient-related records, we will walk your security team through that before anything is configured.
- If your team wants the allowances or service levels documented differently, tell us and we will reflect that in the order form.
Nothing in this proposal asks for a change to your existing security arrangements.
Next steps
- Jordan Pike sends the order form for the expansion once you confirm the scope.
- Your security and compliance contacts review the order form against the existing business associate agreement.
- Hollie Grieve schedules a short working session with the referral-relations and patient-services teams so the added scope is in use as soon as it is live.
- Your signed order form is countersigned by BB-Demo and the expansion begins.
What would make this a yes? If there is a question we have not answered here, send it over and we will deal with it directly.
Thanks, Jordan
