This order form is placed under the Master Subscription Agreement in force between the parties and, for the handling of protected health information, under the business associate agreement between the parties. Where this order form and the Master Subscription Agreement differ on a commercial term, this order form applies.

The Customer is buying Growth so that its referral-relations and patient-services teams can see each referring hospital's calls, tickets and contracts together. Growth includes pages, chat and search, the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews, within the Growth user and connector allowances.

Service credits under this order form are calculated on availability only. Data freshness is not a credit basis for the Growth tier.
8. Implementation scope
Implementation covers the setup of the brain inside the Customer's Snowflake account and connection of up to eight source systems to the Growth connector allowance. The sources are agreed with the Customer during the implementation. Each connector named in the implementation plan is brought live in the order agreed with the Customer success manager.
The implementation is a fixed fee. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and is not started without the Customer's written agreement.
9. Data protection
The Customer is subject to HIPAA. The parties will process protected health information only in line with the business associate agreement. BB-Demo runs the brain inside the Customer's Snowflake account, so source data stays within the Customer's own environment.
