Proposal dated 2 Mar 2026 for the Growth tier: £50,000 annual subscription, £62,000 total first-year deal value including one-off implementation. Not an order form. Service levels are described, not figured, and freshness carries no credit.

What it is: a final-status proposal from Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, to Quarrington Care Network. It proposes the company brain on the Growth tier for referral relations and patient services.

Commits: nothing is executed. It states "the annual subscription price is £50,000" and that the £62,000 total "includes the one-off implementation fee". Nightly refresh is stated as complete by 07:00 Central time on business days.

Unusual: it says plainly that on Growth "service credits cover availability, not data freshness". A business associate agreement is to be signed before any data is connected.

Not settled: the availability percentage, the P1 response time, the implementation fee itself and connector delivery days are not stated. The text does not show whether the customer signed an order form.

Quarrington Care Network - Proposal

Status: Final Prepared for: Quarrington Care Network, Chicago Prepared by: Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BB-Demo Customer success lead: Hollie Grieve Date: 2 March 2026

Context

Quarrington Care Network runs home-health and hospice services from around sixty branches across Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. As a HIPAA-regulated operator, you work with referring hospitals every day, and what you know about each one sits in different places: calls in the call recorder, tickets in the helpdesk, contracts in the document store and relationship history in your CRM.

To be transparent, the pain we heard in discovery was not a lack of data. It was that the referral-relations team and the patient-services team each see a slice of a referring hospital, and nobody sees the whole picture without asking a colleague or building a spreadsheet by hand.

Here's where we are: you have seen the company brain working on your own data, and this document sets out what we propose to put in place.

What we propose

Read the whole document (6,172 characters)

BB-Demo will deploy the company brain on the Growth tier. The brain is a single AI-queryable layer over your connected systems, built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays under your control.

The first two teams to use it are:

  • Referral relations, who need a complete view of each referring hospital before every conversation.
  • Patient services, who need to see the tickets and contract commitments that touch the same hospitals.

The Growth tier is designed for several teams working from the same brain. It includes pages, chat and search, the dashboards builder, and quarterly business reviews with your customer success lead.

Scope

In scope

  • Connection of your CRM, the call recorder, the helpdesk and the document store, up to the Growth connector allowance.
  • A hospital-centred view that brings together calls, tickets and contracts for each referring hospital.
  • Chat and search over the combined data, so a team member can ask a plain question and get an answer with its sources.
  • Dashboards built with your referral-relations and patient-services leads.
  • Training for both teams and a named customer success lead after go-live.
  • Nightly refresh, complete by 07:00 Central time on business days.

Out of scope for this proposal

  • Additional users or connectors beyond the Growth allowance, which can be added later as add-ons.
  • Dedicated data residency options and on-site training days, which are available if you want them.
  • Any move to the Enterprise tier, which we would only discuss if the brain spreads company-wide.

Privacy and security

Because Quarrington Care Network is subject to HIPAA, this engagement will be covered by a business associate agreement before any data is connected. We will not ask your teams to move data anywhere outside your Snowflake account. Your security and compliance leads will receive our full answers to any questions they raise, including the ones that are less comfortable. If something is not yet in place, we will say so plainly.

The implementation is a fixed-fee, one-off engagement, with a timeline in line with the standard Growth implementation of about eight weeks. Each connector named in the order form carries a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days.

Pricing

ItemAmount
Growth subscription, annual, billed in advance£50,000
One-off fixed-fee implementationIncluded in the deal total below
Total deal value£62,000

To be clear about what these numbers mean: the annual subscription price is £50,000. The £62,000 total is the value of the whole deal in the first year and includes the one-off implementation fee. The implementation fee does not recur. At renewal the subscription is the recurring element.

Service levels

The Growth tier carries the standard Growth service levels:

  • Availability at the standard Growth level.
  • First response on a priority-one issue within the Growth response window.
  • Nightly refresh complete by 07:00 Central time on business days.
  • Service credits for availability, as set out in the order form.

We will be straight with you on one point that matters for a team that depends on fresh referral information: on the Growth tier, service credits cover availability, not data freshness. The nightly refresh commitment applies, and we will tell you promptly if a source stops loading, but the credit mechanism for freshness is an Enterprise feature.

What success looks like

We suggest agreeing three measures with you before launch, so that neither of us has to guess later:

  • Referral-relations and patient-services staff asking the brain questions every week, rather than reconciling systems by hand.
  • A hospital review that used to need a spreadsheet now taking one question.
  • Dashboards that your own team built and uses in its regular meetings.

We will review these at the first quarterly business review and adjust the plan together.

Next steps

  • Your legal and compliance leads review the business associate agreement and the order form.
  • We schedule a short working session with your IT contact to confirm the systems and access needed.
  • We agree a start date that suits both teams.

What would make this a yes? If there is a question we have not answered here, tell me and I will get it answered before your next internal review.

Thanks, Jordan
