Billing and payment

Implementation scope
Implementation is delivered by BB-Demo as a fixed-fee project of eight weeks, covering up to eight connectors to the customer's systems. The brain is built and run inside the customer's own Snowflake account, with data held in an EU region as agreed between the parties. Any connector beyond the eight included, or any change to the data residency arrangement, is agreed separately in writing.
General terms
- This order form is issued under, and is governed by, the BB-Demo Master Services Agreement between the parties.
- Where this order form and the Master Services Agreement differ on price, term or service levels, this order form prevails.
- This order form is the entire commercial agreement for the lines listed above. Any earlier proposal or draft is superseded from the signing date.
- Changes must be agreed in writing and signed by both parties.
