What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final v1 renewal proposal dated 17 Apr 2026 from BB-Demo for the Growth subscription ending 2 Jul 2026. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £44k and 40 licensed users. The renewal price is left to the order form.
What it is: a proposal from Priya Raman, Account Executive, to renew Growth for a further annual term. It is a proposal, not executed paper, so the order form decides price and terms.
Commits: service levels stay as they are, with "Service credits remain available for availability breaches, as under the current order form." Payment terms "stay as they are today".
Unusual: the price is not stated. It says Growth is renewed "at the current Growth list price, which is higher than the price you have paid to date", with the figure to follow in the order form. No new discount is proposed.
Not settled: the renewal price, the user count for the next term, and whether the order form was signed. The document does not give the availability percentage or the P1 response time.

Body
Delancey Haig - Renewal Proposal
Status: Final, version 1 Date: 17 Apr 2026 Prepared for: Delancey Haig, London Prepared by: Priya Raman, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success manager: Daniel Okafor, BB-Demo
1. Purpose of this proposal
Delancey Haig has been a BB-Demo customer since 3 Jul 2024. The current Growth subscription ends on 2 Jul 2026. This document sets out how we propose to renew it, what has been delivered so far, what we suggest changes in the next term, and what we need from your team to complete the renewal in good time.
We have written it to make the decision easy: keep what is working, be clear about price, and agree one or two practical improvements so the brain earns its place across the whole group.
2. Where you are today
| Item | Current position |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £44k |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Current term ends | 2 Jul 2026 |
| Customer since | 3 Jul 2024 |
| Invoices | No overdue invoices |

Delancey Haig chose Growth so that client-account directors could see each client's vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints together, instead of piecing the picture together from several systems before a client meeting. That remains the core use case, and it is the lens we have used for this proposal.
3. How the brain has been used
We want to be straightforward about what the usage picture shows.
- Active users. The number of people using the brain in a typical month is a small share of the 40 licensed users. Average activity has dipped slightly against the prior quarter. That is not a crisis, but it is the main thing we would like to work on together.
- Support. There has been one ticket in the last month, and it was marked high priority. It is the only one in that period, so there is no pattern of recurring problems. Daniel Okafor can walk your team through it if that would help.
- Billing. There are no overdue invoices, and nothing outstanding that would complicate a renewal.
Our reading is that the brain is stable and trusted by the people who use it, but that it has not yet become a habit for every client-account director. A quiet ticket queue alongside a modest user base tells us the product is not getting in anyone's way. It also tells us there is room for more of your team to benefit.
4. What we propose
4.1 Renew on Growth
We propose renewing the Growth subscription for a further annual term, starting the day after the current term ends on 2 Jul 2026. Growth continues to include the dashboards builder, quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, and the Growth allowance for users and connectors. All connectors currently in use would carry over unchanged.
4.2 Price
Because the original order was signed under the first price book, this is the first renewal that falls under the current price book. Growth is therefore renewed at the current Growth list price, which is higher than the price you have paid to date. The exact annual figure will be stated in the renewal order form, so that the executed document is the single source of truth for what you pay. Any discount given on the first term does not carry over into a renewal term, and we are not proposing a new one at this stage.
If the price movement is a concern, please say so early. We would rather talk it through now than have it surface in the final week.
4.3 Right-sizing users
The current licence covers 40 users. If your team would rather align the user count with the people who actually use the brain, we are happy to discuss that. Our own preference is to widen use rather than narrow it, and we suggest a short adoption push before the term ends: a refresher session for client-account directors, built around a live client they know well, using your own data.
4.4 Service levels
The standard Growth service levels continue unchanged: the Growth availability commitment, the Growth first-response time for priority one issues, and the nightly refresh completing by 07:00 UK time on business days. Service credits remain available for availability breaches, as under the current order form.
5. What stays the same
- The brain continues to run inside your own Snowflake account.
- Your existing connectors, pages, dashboards and saved searches carry over.
- Quarterly reviews with Daniel Okafor continue, with usage and questions asked as a standing item.
- Payment terms and invoicing arrangements stay as they are today.
6. Risks we want to name
| Risk | What we suggest |
|---|---|
| Usage dipping slightly while the licence is sized for a much larger group | Run an adoption session with client-account directors and review who has not logged in recently |
| Price rising at first renewal | Agree the figure in the order form well before the end date, so there is no surprise |
| A single high-priority ticket still fresh in people's minds | Confirm with Daniel Okafor that it is fully resolved and record the outcome |
7. Next steps
| Step | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Review this proposal and flag any questions on scope or price | Delancey Haig, commercial lead | Within the next couple of weeks |
| Confirm the user count for the next term | Delancey Haig and Daniel Okafor | Before the order form is drawn up |
| Issue the renewal order form | Priya Raman | Once the user count is agreed |
| Sign the renewal order form | Delancey Haig | Ahead of 2 Jul 2026 |
| Adoption session with client-account directors | Daniel Okafor | Before the current term ends |
To keep momentum, we would like to have the order form signed comfortably before the current term ends, so there is no gap in service and no rush on either side. Happy to make this easy: if it helps, we can handle the paperwork directly with your finance team.
