What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Draft renewal proposal dated 14 Apr 2026 for Growth, current term ending 2 Jul 2026. Contracted at £44k, 40 users. It offers three options, recommends an adoption plan, and sets no new price. Not an order form.
What it is: a draft renewal proposal from Priya Raman, Account Executive, marked "Not yet agreed, not an order form." It covers Growth with 40 licensed users, and Daniel Okafor is named as customer success manager.
Commits: nothing new. "The executed order form remains the reference for contracted terms." Service levels continue as in that order form, and the current price is £44k per year.
Unusual: it states usage is "a small fraction of the 40 licensed seats" and lower than the previous quarter. Three high priority tickets were raised in the last thirty days. The renewal price is deliberately left open: "It will be higher than the £44k now contracted."
Not settled: the renewal figure, the chosen option, who owns adoption, and who decides the renewal. The draft does not show whether it was shared, agreed or superseded, and the term end date has now passed.

Body
Delancey Haig - Renewal Proposal v1
Status: Draft. Prepared on 14 Apr 2026 for discussion. Not yet agreed, not an order form.
| Customer | Delancey Haig |
| Tier | Growth |
| Customer since | 3 Jul 2024 |
| Current term ends | 2 Jul 2026 |
| Account owner | Priya Raman, Account Executive, BB-Demo |
| Customer success manager | Daniel Okafor |
1. Where we are
Delancey Haig joined BB-Demo on Growth so that client-account directors could see each client's vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints in one place, instead of stitching them together from separate systems. That was the case for the purchase, and it is the case this renewal needs to prove again.
The current term ends on 2 Jul 2026. This paper sets out the proposed renewal, an honest read of how the brain is being used, and what we would like to agree to keep momentum in the weeks ahead.
2. Current contract

| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Subscription | Growth, annual, invoiced in advance |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £44k |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Connectors | The Growth connector allowance |
| Included | Pages, chat and search, the dashboards builder, quarterly business reviews |
| Payment record | No overdue invoices |
The executed order form remains the reference for contracted terms. Nothing in this proposal changes it until a renewal order form is signed.
3. Usage and value: the honest picture
We would rather raise this now than at the end of the term.
- Active users. The average number of people active over the last thirty days is a small fraction of the 40 licensed seats, and it is lower than in the previous quarter.
- Support tickets. Three tickets were raised in the last thirty days, and all three were marked high priority. That is a small volume, but the priority tells us the people who are using the brain depend on it.
- Payment. Invoices are paid on time, so we read this as a question of adoption and value, not of money or goodwill.
Put plainly: the brain is relied on by a few people and is not yet part of the daily routine for the wider group of client-account directors it was bought for. A renewal at the same size of licence needs a plan to change that.
4. Proposal
Option A: renew Growth as is
- Renew Growth for a further annual term from the end of the current term.
- Forty licensed users and the Growth connector allowance continue.
- Under the price book, a renewal falling after the v1 protection period moves onto the current Growth list price. The exact figure will be confirmed in the renewal order form once this draft is agreed. It will be higher than the £44k now contracted.
- Any first-term discount from the original deal ends at renewal.
Option B: renew Growth with an adoption plan (recommended)
The same subscription as Option A, with a short, shared plan attached:
- A review with client-account directors to find which clients and views they actually need.
- Dashboards built by Delancey Haig and BB-Demo together around vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints.
- A check on each connected source so that nightly refreshes are complete when people start their day.
- A review of the three recent high priority tickets, with a root cause for each.
- A usage review at the next quarterly business review, with the numbers in front of both sides.
Option C: right-size
If the wider rollout is not going to happen, we would rather discuss a smaller footprint openly than have seats sit unused. Daniel can walk through what that would mean for tier and price.
5. Pricing summary
| Line | Current | Proposed renewal |
|---|---|---|
| Growth subscription, 40 users | £44k per year | Current Growth list price, to be confirmed |
| Implementation | Already delivered | Not applicable |
| Add-ons | None | None proposed in this draft |
We have deliberately not put a new figure in this draft. We want to agree the shape of the renewal first, then price it properly.
6. Service levels
Service levels continue as in the executed order form for Growth: the standard Growth availability commitment, the Growth first-response time for priority one issues, and nightly refresh complete before the working day starts.
7. Open points
- Who at Delancey Haig owns adoption day to day, and who is the economic decision-maker for the renewal.
- Whether the three recent high priority tickets are closed to Delancey Haig's satisfaction.
- Whether Option B is the right shape or whether Option C should be priced.
- Whether any change in the client-account team affects who needs access.
- Date for the next business review, to be set with Daniel.
8. Next steps
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Share this draft with Delancey Haig leadership | Priya Raman | This week |
| Usage walk-through and ticket review | Daniel Okafor | Before the end of the month |
| Agree option and adoption plan | Priya Raman with Delancey Haig | Within a couple of weeks |
| Issue renewal order form | Priya Raman | Well ahead of the end of the term on 2 Jul 2026 |
Happy to make this easy: if we can get the option agreed soon, the paperwork will not need to be rushed.
Best, Priya
