- The dashboards builder, so that Delancey Haig's teams can build their own views.
- Quarterly business reviews with the BB-Demo customer success manager.
- The Growth user allowance and the Growth connector allowance, as set out in the Growth tier description.
The licensed user count for this term is 40. Any additional users or connectors beyond the Growth allowances are available as add-ons and would be agreed in a separate, signed amendment.

How service credits work
If availability falls below the commitment in a month, Delancey Haig is entitled to a service credit of 10% of one month's fee for that month. Credits are applied against a later invoice. Under the Growth tier, credits are given for availability only. A nightly refresh that completes late is a support matter and is handled through the normal ticket process, but it does not by itself create a service credit.
Billing and payment
- BB-Demo will invoice the annual recurring charge in advance, on or shortly after the subscription start date.
- Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
- All amounts are in pounds sterling and are stated before VAT, which will be added at the applicable rate.
- No discount applies to this order form. The unit price is the Growth list price for the term.
Term and renewal
The subscription runs from 3 Jul 2025 to 2 Jul 2026. BB-Demo's customer success manager will contact Delancey Haig ahead of the end of the term, in good time, to open the renewal conversation. Renewal pricing for a later term will be the price book in force at that time, and any first-term discount does not carry over.
General terms
- This order form is governed by the Master Services Agreement between the parties and forms part of it.
- If there is a conflict between the Master Services Agreement and this order form on the items set out above, this order form applies.
- Changes to users, connectors, tier or service levels take effect only when set out in a written amendment signed by both parties.
- This order form is the complete record of the commercial terms for the term shown. It supersedes any draft or earlier quotation for the same subscription.
