Final v1 renewal proposal from Priya Raman dated 25 Apr 2025, recommending Delancey Haig renew on Growth for 40 users at £44k a year. Current term ends 2 Jul 2025; first response on a P1 is one business hour. A proposal, not the executed order form.

What it is: a renewal proposal prepared by Priya Raman, with Daniel Okafor as customer success manager. It recommends staying on Growth, "keep the licence for 40 users", at the Growth annual price of £44k.

Commits: nothing binding by itself. It restates Growth service levels: P1 first response within one business hour and nightly refresh complete by 07:00 UK time on business days. Billing is annual, in advance, on 30-day terms.

Unusual: the document states the current term is contracted at £42k a year, below the £44k renewal price. It also states there is no new implementation fee.

Not settled: the proposal says the executed renewal order form sets the contracted price and terms. The text does not show whether that order form was signed, and it is dated well before the as-of date, so it is not evidence of the current price.

Delancey Haig - Renewal Proposal

Prepared for: Delancey Haig, London Prepared by: Priya Raman, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success manager: Daniel Okafor, BB-Demo Date: Friday 25 April 2025 Status: Final, version 1

Summary

Delancey Haig has been a BB-Demo customer since Wednesday 3 July 2024, running the company brain on the Growth tier. The current term ends on Wednesday 2 July 2025. This proposal sets out what we recommend for the renewal: stay on Growth, keep the licence for 40 users, and renew the subscription at the Growth annual price of £44k.

Our aim is to make this easy and to keep momentum, so that the renewal is agreed well before the end of the current term and there is no gap in service for your client-account directors.

Where you are today

Delancey Haig bought Growth so that client-account directors could see each client's vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints together, in one place, rather than reconciling several systems by hand. Since go-live the brain has been running inside your own Snowflake account, with your sources connected and refreshed each night.

A few points from the account over the recent period:

Read the whole document (5,170 characters)
  • Adoption is moving the right way. The number of people active in the brain each month has risen compared with the previous quarter. Not everyone on the licence is using it yet, which is normal at this stage and is where the remaining value sits.
  • Support has been quiet. Only two tickets were raised in the last month, and none was high priority. Nothing is outstanding that would affect the renewal.
  • Billing is clean. There are no overdue invoices on the account.

What is in the renewal

ProductThe company brain, Growth tier

ConnectorsThe Growth connector allowance, as today
IncludedPages, chat and search, the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews
Annual price£44k
BillingAnnual, in advance, on 30-day terms
Current contracted annual recurring revenue£42k

The current term is contracted at £42k a year. The renewal is priced at the Growth annual price of £44k. The deal amount for the renewal is £44k, and it is a subscription only: there is no new implementation fee, because the brain is already built and running.

Service levels

The renewal keeps the Growth service levels you have today, as set out in your order form:

  • Availability at the Growth service level, with service credits for availability breaches.
  • First response on a priority one issue within one business hour.
  • The nightly refresh complete by 07:00 UK time on business days.

If you would like to talk about anything stronger, such as faster response or data freshness credits, those sit in the Enterprise tier and are covered below as an option, not as a recommendation.

What we would like to build on

The value of the brain grows with the number of people who ask it questions. For the next term we suggest three practical things, which Daniel will lead with your team:

  • Widen the user base. Bring more of the client-account directors and their account managers into regular use, so more of the 40 licensed seats are active.
  • Build more dashboards. Use the dashboards builder to put the client view your directors asked for in front of them every week, covering vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints.
  • Review sources together. At each quarterly review, check that every connected system is still loading and that records indexed are rising, so the brain never goes stale without anyone noticing.

Options considered

OptionWhat it meansOur view
Renew on GrowthSame tier, same users, annual price of £44kRecommended
Move to EnterpriseCompany-wide scope, SSO and SCIM, an executive sponsor and stronger service levelsWorth revisiting if usage spreads beyond client-account directors
Do not renewSubscription ends on 2 July 2025 and the brain stops refreshingNot recommended, as the value case is only starting to build

Next steps

  • Review this proposal with the people who sponsored the original purchase and flag any questions to Daniel or to me.
  • Confirm the renewal so that we can issue the renewal order form well ahead of Wednesday 2 July 2025.
  • Agree the adoption plan for the next term with Daniel, including which teams to bring in first.
  • Sign the order form under the existing master agreement, with no change to the commercial terms beyond those on this page.

I am happy to make this easy. If a short call to walk through the proposal would help, Daniel and I can work around your diary.

Important notes

  • This proposal is based on the Growth tier and the figures above. Any change to the number of users, connectors or add-ons would be priced separately and confirmed in writing.
  • The executed renewal order form is the document that sets the contracted price and terms. This proposal does not replace it.

Best, Priya
