What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Draft renewal proposal dated 22 Apr 2025 for Growth, proposing an annual price of £44k against current contracted annual recurring revenue of £42k. It is not an offer; an order form under the master agreement must replace it.
What it is: a draft renewal proposal from Priya Raman, Account Executive, with Daniel Okafor as customer success manager. It proposes renewing Growth for a further annual term on the same scope, 40 licensed users, before the term ends on 2 Jul 2025.
Commits: billing is "Annually in advance, with quarterly billing available on request" and payment is on "Standard BB-Demo terms". No availability, P1 response or refresh figures are stated; service levels are said to continue as in the current order form.
Unusual: the proposed £44k is above the £42k the document gives as current contracted annual recurring revenue, and the text lists it as an open point to be discussed directly.
Not settled: price, user count, signatory and billing frequency are open. The text says it "is not an offer capable of acceptance", so it is an open item, not contracted paper. The document does not show whether a renewal order form followed.

Delancey Haig - Renewal Proposal v1
Status: Draft
| Document date | 22 Apr 2025 |
| Author | Priya Raman, Account Executive, BB-Demo |
| Customer success manager | Daniel Okafor, BB-Demo |
| Customer | Delancey Haig |
| Subscription | Growth |
| Current term ends | 2 Jul 2025 |
1. Why we are writing
Delancey Haig joined BB-Demo on 3 Jul 2024 and the first annual term ends on 2 Jul 2025. This draft sets out what we propose for the renewal so that you have time to review it, share it with colleagues and tell us what you would change. Nothing here is final until an order form is agreed and signed.
To keep momentum, we would like to agree the shape of the renewal well ahead of the end of the term, so that there is no gap in service for your client-account directors.
2. Where you are today
You bought Growth so that client-account directors could see each client's vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints together in one place, rather than reconciling several systems by hand.

- Tier: Growth, for several teams.
- Licensed users: 40.
- Contracted annual recurring revenue: £42k.
- Invoices: none overdue.
- Support: one ticket in the last month, none of them high priority.
- Adoption: the number of active users has grown compared with the previous quarter, and we would like to build on that.
Growth includes the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews, and BB-Demo continues to run the brain inside your own Snowflake account.
3. What we propose
We propose renewing Growth for a further annual term on the same scope you have today.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Deal type | Renewal |
| Annual price | £44k |
| Total deal amount | £44k |
| Billing | Annually in advance, with quarterly billing available on request |
| Payment terms | Standard BB-Demo terms |
The proposed annual price of £44k compares with your current contracted annual recurring revenue of £42k. We would like to talk this through with you directly rather than leave it to the table above, and we have listed it as an open point below.
There is no new implementation fee in this renewal, because the brain is already live and running.
4. What stays the same
- The connectors already configured remain in place.
- The nightly refresh and the Growth service levels continue as set out in your current order form.
- Your quarterly business reviews with Daniel continue.
- Your data stays in your own Snowflake account throughout.
5. Opportunities we would like to discuss
These are for conversation only and are not priced in this draft:
- More users. If further teams, such as those on the permanent desk, want access, additional users can be added in blocks.
- Further connectors. If you want another source brought in, we can look at additional connectors.
- Dashboards. Your directors may want to build more dashboards of their own, and Daniel can run a short working session on that.
6. Open points
- Confirm the renewal price against the current contracted annual recurring revenue.
- Confirm whether the number of licensed users should stay at 40.
- Confirm who at Delancey Haig will sign the order form.
- Confirm whether you would like any change to billing frequency.
7. Next steps
| Step | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Review this draft internally | Delancey Haig | Over the next couple of weeks |
| Walk-through call to agree open points | Priya Raman and Daniel Okafor | As soon as you are ready |
| Issue renewal order form | Priya Raman | After the walk-through |
| Signature | Delancey Haig and BB-Demo | Before the term ends on 2 Jul 2025 |
If we can get this over the line in good time, we will make the paperwork as easy as possible on your side.
8. Acceptance
This proposal is a draft and is not an offer capable of acceptance until it is replaced by an order form under the master agreement. Signature blocks will appear on that order form.
