Discount

What is included
Growth subscription
The Growth tier covers several teams within Delancey Haig and includes:
- the Growth user allowance and the Growth connector allowance, as set out in the standard tier description;
- pages, chat and search across the connected systems;
- the dashboards builder;
- quarterly business reviews led by the customer success manager;
- the company brain built and run inside Delancey Haig's own Snowflake account.
Implementation
The implementation is a fixed-fee engagement over eight weeks. It covers setting up the brain in Delancey Haig's Snowflake account, connecting up to eight source systems, loading and checking the data, and training the client-account directors and their teams. Connectors named for this engagement are brought live within the agreed implementation window.
Delancey Haig will provide timely access to the systems being connected and a named point of contact for the duration of the implementation.

Service credits under this order form are calculated on availability only. A brain that answers on data which has not refreshed is still treated as available for this purpose. Service credits are a one-off remedy and do not change the annual recurring charge.

- This order form is governed by the master subscription agreement already in place between the parties, and its terms apply to the services described here.
- Any change to the lines, price, term or service levels must be agreed in a written amendment signed by both parties.
- Add-ons such as additional users, additional connectors, Premium support or a Sandbox are not included and would be ordered separately.
- This document is the complete record of the commercial terms for the services described above.
