What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Proposal dated 15 May 2024 for the Growth tier: £42k annual subscription and £54k total deal including one-off implementation. It is a proposal, not a contract; service levels are standard Growth with no figures stated.
What it is: a sales proposal from Priya Raman, Account Executive, for the Growth tier, filed as final. The text says "This proposal is for discussion and does not form a contract until an order form is executed."
Commits: nothing binding. It quotes "Growth subscription, annual price" at £42k and a total deal amount of £54k that includes the one-off fixed implementation fee. The £54k is not an annual figure.
Unusual: nothing off standard terms. Invoicing is annual in advance on 30-day terms, with quarterly on request.
Not settled: availability %, P1 response time, refresh deadline, service credits and connector go-live dates are not stated. They are deferred to the order form, which this document does not contain. The signature block is blank, and the evidence does not show whether an order form followed.

Body
Delancey Haig - Proposal
Prepared for: Delancey Haig, London Prepared by: Priya Raman, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 15 May 2024 Version: 1 (final) Proposed tier: Growth
Where we are
Thank you for the time you and your colleagues have given us over the last few weeks. This proposal sets out what we heard, what we would build for you, what it costs and how we would get you live. It is written to be easy to say yes to, and to keep momentum from here.
What we heard
Delancey Haig places technology and finance professionals on contract and permanent terms. Your client-account directors manage a portfolio of clients, and for each one the picture is scattered:
- vacancies and placements sit in the recruitment CRM;
- invoices and credit notes sit in the accounting system;
- complaints and queries sit in the helpdesk and in email threads;
- the story of the relationship sits in calls and in people's heads.
Before a client review, a director has to ask several teams for exports and then reconcile them by hand. That takes time, and the answer is already out of date by the time the meeting starts.

You told us the goal is simple: a client-account director should be able to open one place and see a client's vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints together, and ask a plain question of it.
What we propose
We propose the Growth tier of the company brain: one AI-queryable layer over your systems, built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays in your environment.
Scope
| Area | What you get |
|---|---|
| Client view | A single page per client combining vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints |
| Chat and search | Plain-English questions across all connected sources, with answers that point back to the record |
| Dashboards | The dashboards builder, so your own team can create portfolio views for directors |
| Connectors | The Growth connector allowance, covering your CRM, accounting system, helpdesk and email |
| Users | The Growth user allowance, enough for your client-account directors and their support teams |
| Reviews | Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager |
| Refresh | A nightly refresh, complete before the working day starts on business days |
Growth is designed for several teams working from the same brain, which matches how your directors and their account teams work.
Implementation
Implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee engagement. It covers connecting your sources, mapping clients across systems so that one client is one record, configuring the client view, and training your directors. Daniel Okafor, your customer success manager, would lead the adoption side and stay with you after go-live.
The implementation follows the standard Growth timetable. We will agree the exact connector go-live commitments in the order form, so you have them in writing.
Commercials
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual price | £42k |
| Total deal amount, including the one-off implementation fee | £54k |
To be clear about what the numbers mean:
- £42k is the annual subscription price for Growth.
- £54k is the total value of the deal. It is the annual subscription plus the one-off, fixed implementation fee, so it is not an annual figure and will not repeat each year.
- Subscription is invoiced annually in advance on 30-day terms. Quarterly invoicing is available on request.
Service levels
The standard Growth service levels apply: the Growth availability commitment, a first response to priority one issues within the Growth response time, and a nightly refresh finished before the start of your business day. Service credits for availability are set out in the order form.
How we would work together
Phase one: connect
We agree access to your CRM, accounting system and helpdesk, and connect them inside your Snowflake account. Your IT contact grants access and we handle the rest.
Phase two: model
We map clients, contacts and placements across systems, and check the results with two or three of your directors using their own accounts, so the client view reflects how you actually talk about clients.
Phase three: launch
We train your client-account directors, hand over the dashboards builder, and set the date for your first quarterly review.
What we need from Delancey Haig
- A named sponsor on your side, ideally one of the client-account directors.
- A contact in IT or operations who can approve access to each source.
- A couple of directors willing to test early and tell us plainly what is missing.
Next steps
- Confirm the Growth tier and the commercial structure above.
- We issue the order form under our master agreement for review by your team.
- On signature, we schedule the kick-off with Daniel and your sponsor.
If we can get this over the line soon, we can have your directors asking questions of their own client data well before your next round of client reviews. Happy to make this easy: send me any question on scope or pricing and I will turn it round quickly.
Acceptance
This proposal is for discussion and does not form a contract until an order form is executed.
