What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Draft first proposal from Priya Raman dated 10 May 2024 for the Growth tier: £42k annual subscription and £54k total first-year deal value including implementation. Payment is thirty days from invoice. Not an offer until an order form is signed.
What it is: a draft proposal for discussion, prepared by Priya Raman, Account Executive. It states "Not an offer capable of acceptance until an order form is signed."
Commits: nothing binding. It sets out the Growth subscription at £42k billed annually in advance and a total deal value of £54k. It says "Payment terms are thirty days from invoice."
Unusual: the £54k is the first-year commitment including implementation, not the annual price. The document says from the second year the subscription is £42k, subject to the price book in force at renewal. The £42k differs from the Growth v1 list price of £44k in the company brief, and the document does not explain the difference.
Not settled: the connector list and days to go live, user and connector additions, billing contact, timetable and the implementation fee amount. Service levels are deferred to the order form. The document does not show whether an order form followed.

Body
Delancey Haig - Proposal v1
Draft for discussion. Not an offer capable of acceptance until an order form is signed.
Prepared by Priya Raman, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 10 May 2024 Proposed tier: Growth Customer success contact after signature: Daniel Okafor
1. Context
Delancey Haig is a London recruitment group placing technology and finance professionals on contract and permanent terms. Your client-account directors manage a large number of client relationships, and each of those relationships is spread across several systems: vacancies in one place, placements in another, invoices in the accounting system and complaints in the helpdesk.
From our conversations, the problem is not a lack of data. It is that a director who wants to walk into a client meeting has to ask several people, or open several tools, to see the whole picture of that client. That takes time, and it is easy to miss something, such as an unresolved complaint sitting next to a large open invoice.
2. What we heard you want
Read the whole document (5,299 characters)
- One place where a client-account director can see a client's vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints together.
- Answers in plain language, without waiting for a report to be built.
- Dashboards the directors can build and adjust themselves.
- Data that stays inside your own environment.
- A rollout that does not pull the whole business away from billing desks and client work.
3. What we propose
BB-Demo proposes the Growth tier of the company brain: a single AI-queryable layer over your CRM, your accounting system, your helpdesk and your calls and emails, built and run inside your own Snowflake account.
Scope
| Area | What is included |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth, designed for several teams working from the same data |
| Users | The Growth user allowance, enough for your client-account directors and their supporting teams |
| Connectors | The Growth connector allowance, covering the systems that hold vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints |
| Capabilities | Pages, chat and search across connected sources, plus the dashboards builder |
| Reviews | Quarterly business reviews led by your customer success manager |
| Service levels | The standard Growth availability commitment and priority-one response time, as set out in the order form |
| Data refresh | Nightly refresh completed ahead of the working day, on business days |
The exact list of connectors, and the number of days within which each one will be live, will be written into the order form so that both sides are working from the same commitment.
4. Pricing
| Item | Amount | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Growth annual subscription | £42k | Annual price, billed annually in advance |
| One-off implementation | Fixed fee | Charged once, at the start of the engagement, and included in the deal total below |
| Total deal value | £54k | Annual price plus the one-off implementation fee |
Two points to be clear about, so there are no surprises:
- The total deal value of £54k is the first-year commitment including implementation. It is not the annual price. From the second year the subscription is the annual price of £42k, subject to the price book in force at renewal.
- Payment terms are thirty days from invoice.
5. Implementation approach
| Phase | What happens | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Kick-off | Confirm sources, access and the people who will use the brain first | Priya Raman with your sponsor |
| Connect | Connect the agreed systems inside your Snowflake account | BB-Demo implementation team |
| Validate | Check that a sample of clients shows the right vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints | Your client-account directors with BB-Demo |
| Launch | Directors start asking questions and building dashboards | Your sponsor |
| Hand-over | Move to quarterly reviews and day-to-day support | Daniel Okafor |
The detailed timetable will be agreed at kick-off and confirmed in the order form.
6. How we will know it is working
We suggest agreeing three simple measures before go-live, so that the value of the brain can be stated plainly at the first quarterly review:
- How often directors ask questions of the brain, and how many different directors do so.
- Whether a director can prepare for a client meeting from one place without asking a colleague.
- Whether complaints and overdue invoices are being spotted before the client raises them.
7. Open points
As this is a first draft, the following are still to be settled with you:
- The final list of systems to connect, in priority order.
- Which directors form the first group of users.
- Whether any additional users or connectors beyond the Growth allowances are wanted at the start.
- Your preferred billing contact and invoicing arrangements.
8. Next steps
- Review this draft with your sponsor and the client-account directors.
- Send Priya your comments on scope and the open points above.
- BB-Demo issues an order form under the master services agreement reflecting the agreed scope.
- Sign the order form and schedule kick-off.
Happy to make this easy: if it helps, I can join a short session with your directors to walk through the scope and answer questions directly.
Best, Priya
