What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final-status proposal from Tom Ashdown for an Enterprise company brain at Rookhaven. Subscription is £125,000 annual in advance; total deal amount is £155,000 including one-off implementation. It is a proposal, not an order form.
What it is: a proposal dated 14 Sep 2026, filed as final, recommending the Enterprise tier. It states "The annual price of the subscription is £125,000."
Commits: no one yet. It says "Any change to these would be set out in the executed order form, which always takes precedence over this proposal." Service levels are described only in general terms, with no availability percentage or response time figure.
Unusual: the £155,000 "is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee, so it is not an annual figure." The implementation fee is not shown separately.
Not settled: the connector list and live-by dates, the signatory, the term length and any discount. The evidence does not show whether an order form has been signed.

Body
Rookhaven Asset Management - Proposal
Status: Final Date: 14 Sep 2026 Organisation: Rookhaven Asset Management Author: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo
1. Context
Rookhaven Asset Management serves institutional and wealth clients from London. Today the client-service and distribution teams each hold their own picture of a client, spread across the CRM, call recordings, email, support tickets and finance records. Keeping those pictures in line is manual work, and it is slow.
You asked us to show how a single view of each client could work. This proposal sets out what BB-Demo would build, what it would cost and how we would get started.
2. What we propose
BB-Demo would build the company brain for Rookhaven: one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets and finance data. It is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays where it already lives.
We recommend the Enterprise tier because the brain would be company-wide and would serve more than one function from day one.
Scope
Read the whole document (3,728 characters)
- A single client view that client-service and distribution can both query in plain language.
- Connectors to the systems that hold client information, with a live-by commitment written into the order form.
- Pages, chat and search for everyday questions, plus the dashboards builder for recurring management views.
- Single sign-on and SCIM user provisioning, included in the Enterprise tier.
- An executive sponsor at BB-Demo for the length of the term.
- Security review support during implementation, included in the fixed implementation fee.
3. Pricing
| Item | Basis | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Enterprise subscription | Annual, invoiced in advance | £125,000 |
| Implementation | One-off, fixed fee | Included in the deal amount below |
| Total deal amount | Subscription plus one-off implementation | £155,000 |
The annual price of the subscription is £125,000. The deal amount of £155,000 is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee, so it is not an annual figure. From the second year the annual subscription is the only recurring charge.
Standard payment terms apply, and quarterly invoicing is available on request.
4. Service levels
The Enterprise tier carries our highest standard service levels:
- The highest availability commitment we offer.
- The fastest first response on a priority incident.
- The nightly refresh complete by 07:00 UK time on business days.
- Service credits for both availability and data freshness.
Any change to these would be set out in the executed order form, which always takes precedence over this proposal.
5. How we would work
| Phase | What happens | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Security review | We answer your security questionnaire and support your review | BB-Demo, with your IT and compliance contacts |
| Build | Connectors are configured and the client view is built in your Snowflake account | BB-Demo delivery team |
| Launch | Client-service and distribution start asking the brain | Your sponsor, with our executive sponsor |
| Review | We check usage and value against what you wanted from the brain | BB-Demo |
Implementation is a fixed-length programme for the Enterprise tier, with a plan agreed before work starts.
6. Next steps
- Confirm that the scope above matches what client-service and distribution need.
- Start the security review so it runs alongside commercial discussions.
- Agree the connector list, which fixes the live-by commitments.
- Sign the order form under the BB-Demo MSA.
If anything here needs adjusting, leave it with me and I will confirm any changes in writing.
Tom Ashdown Account Executive, BB-Demo
