1. Services
BB-Demo will provide the Company Brain on the Starter tier, delivered inside the Customer's Snowflake account. The Service includes:
- Connectors to up to four of the Customer's systems
- Search, chat and pages interfaces
- Nightly data refresh (complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days)
- Biannual service check-ins
BB-Demo will maintain the required Service Levels at all times during the Term.
2. Pricing and Payment

3. Term and Renewal

The Service Term begins 1 Jul 2026 and ends 30 Jun 2027. The Service will automatically renew for successive one-year periods unless either party provides written non-renewal notice at least thirty days before the end of the then-current Term.
4. Service Levels
Availability: 99.5% uptime, measured monthly.
P1 Incident Response: First response within four business hours.
Service Credits: If BB-Demo fails to meet availability, BB-Demo will credit the Customer five percent of that month's Recurring Annual Fee.
Data Freshness: Not covered by service credit under the Starter tier.
5. Data and Confidentiality
The Customer's data remains the Customer's property. BB-Demo will:
- Process data only to deliver the Service
- Maintain standard security controls
- Not share data with third parties except as required to deliver the Service
6. Limitation of Liability
Except for breaches of confidentiality obligations, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, even if advised of their possibility.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach if the other party fails to cure within thirty days of written notice. BB-Demo may terminate if payment is more than thirty days overdue.
8. Signatures
By executing below, both parties agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, effective 12 Jun 2026.
