Final quarterly review deck by Hollie Grieve for a Growth customer live since 1 Jun 2026. It states £50,000 contracted per year, 40 licensed users, contract end 31 May 2027, no overdue invoices and about nine daily active users.

What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck by Hollie Grieve, reviewing adoption, value, support and the next quarter. It is a status report, not a contract.

Stated position: "Contracted annual recurring revenue" of £50,000, 40 licensed users and a contract end of 31 May 2027. The deck does not name an order form, so the figures should be checked against the executed paper.

Usage: about nine daily active users over thirty days, "more than double the prior quarter", and roughly a quarter of seats in regular use. Use is concentrated in a small group, and the deck flags key-person risk.

Not settled: no value case yet, no named owner for the wider rollout, and no renewal price or terms. Jordan Pike is listed as account owner, but the deck does not say that person's role.

Copperwick Logistics - QBR

Prepared by: Hollie Grieve, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo Account owner: Jordan Pike Review date: 8 Oct 2026 Status: Final

Where we are

Copperwick Logistics became a BB-Demo customer on 1 June 2026 on the Growth tier. The brain runs inside your own Snowflake account and gives your brokerage one view of each shipper across Salesforce, your TMS and support.

Usage

The headline is adoption. Average daily active users over the last thirty days are at about nine, which is more than double the prior quarter. That is a healthy early curve for a team that only went live this summer.

  • Usage is concentrated in a small group of regular users, which is normal this early in a rollout.
  • Roughly a quarter of the licensed seats are in regular use, so there is plenty of headroom inside the current allowance.
  • We have not seen any connector stop loading, and records continue to be refreshed overnight.

Value

The reason Copperwick bought the brain was to stop reconciling shipper information by hand across the CRM, the transport system and support. Teams that now start with a question instead of a spreadsheet are the clearest sign that this is working.

What we would like to do next is capture a small number of concrete examples, in your own words, of a shipper question that used to take a morning and now takes a minute. Those become the value case for the renewal conversation and for any wider rollout.

Support and service

  • No support tickets were raised in the last thirty days, and none were high priority.
  • Nightly refresh has been completing ahead of the 07:00 Chicago start of the business day.
  • Nothing is open on our side that needs your attention.

A quiet ticket queue is good news here, because usage is rising at the same time. We are not reading it as silence.

Opportunities

IdeaWhy it mattersTier or add-on
Bring more of the brokerage team onto the brainSeats are available within the current allowanceGrowth, no change
Build shipper dashboards for account managersShows investment and gives a weekly habitDashboards builder, included in Growth
Extra connectors if another source mattersOnly if a new system becomes importantAdditional connectors add-on

None of these needs a commercial change today. We would sooner see usage deepen before suggesting anything that adds cost.

Plan for the next quarter

  1. Roll out to a second group of users. Owner on your side to be agreed with Jordan Pike; BB-Demo owner is Hollie Grieve.
  2. Capture two or three value stories from the early users, ready before the next QBR.
  3. Build a first set of shipper dashboards with the users who ask the most questions.
  4. Keep an eye on key-person risk, so that questions are not coming from only one or two people.

Renewal outlook

The contract runs to 31 May 2027. Usage is growing, there are no service issues and invoices are paid. The renewal conversation will start well ahead of the ninety-day notice point, and the aim is for it to be about the value already delivered rather than a surprise.

Next steps

  • Hollie Grieve to send a short follow-up with the user list and the dashboard ideas.
  • Jordan Pike to join the next check-in to agree the wider rollout.
  • Next QBR to be booked once the second group of users is live.
