What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final version one proposal from Jordan Pike for the Growth tier: £50,000 annual subscription, £62,000 total deal value for the first term including one-off implementation. Billed annually in advance on thirty-day terms, no discount. Not an executed order form.
What it is: a sales proposal dated 25 Mar 2026, prepared by Jordan Pike for Copperwick Logistics in Chicago. It proposes the Growth tier with the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews, built inside the customer's own Snowflake account.
Pricing: "the £62,000 is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee. The annual price of the subscription itself is £50,000." The implementation fee "is paid once and does not repeat at renewal."
Commits: billing is annual in advance on standard thirty-day payment terms, with no discount applied. Service levels are only described as standard Growth levels, with no figures stated.
Not settled: a proposal binds no one. It states no availability percentage, no P1 response time and no connector delivery dates, and it does not show whether an order form was issued or signed.

Body
Copperwick Logistics - Proposal
Prepared for: Copperwick Logistics, Chicago Prepared by: Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BB-Demo Customer success contact: Hollie Grieve, BB-Demo Date: 25 Mar 2026 Status: Final, version one
Context
Copperwick Logistics is a truckload and intermodal freight brokerage serving Midwest shippers. Your teams work across Salesforce, your transportation management system and your support tooling. Today, getting one clear picture of a single shipper means reconciling those systems by hand.
Here's where we are: we have talked through the problem with your team, and this proposal sets out what BB-Demo would put in place and what it would cost.
What you are asking for
- One view of each shipper, drawn from Salesforce, the transportation management system and support.
- The ability for account managers, operations and support staff to ask questions in plain language and get answers from your own data.
- A set-up that runs inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays under your control.
What we propose
We propose the Growth tier of the company brain.

| Area | What is included |
|---|---|
| Subscription | Company Brain, Growth tier, for several teams |
| Features | Pages, chat and search, plus the dashboards builder |
| Reviews | Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager |
| Implementation | One-off, fixed-fee Growth implementation: connecting your sources, loading your data and training your first teams |
| Hosting | Built and run inside your Snowflake account |
The first connectors we would bring live are Salesforce, your transportation management system and your helpdesk. The Growth tier has room for further sources once those are bedded in.
How the work runs
- Discovery and access. We agree the sources, the owners and the access we need.
- Build. We connect the sources, model the shipper view and check it against records your team knows well.
- Prove it on your data. Your own people test the brain with their real questions before wider rollout.
- Go live and train. We bring the first teams on, with Hollie Grieve alongside your team as customer success manager.
Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual | £50,000 |
| One-off implementation (fixed fee) | Included in the total below |
| Total deal value for the first term | £62,000 |
To be transparent about how to read this: the £62,000 is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee. The annual price of the subscription itself is £50,000. The implementation fee is paid once and does not repeat at renewal.
The subscription is billed annually in advance on standard thirty-day payment terms. No discount is applied in this proposal.
Service levels
The Growth tier carries the standard Growth service levels for availability, priority-one response and the nightly data refresh. The order form and master agreement will set these out in full.
Security
Because the brain runs inside your Snowflake account, BB-Demo does not hold a separate copy of your data. We are happy to answer your security team's questions directly and in writing, including anything that is not a clean yes.
Next steps
- Review this proposal with your leadership and operations team.
- Send us any questions, from commercial or from security, and we will answer them directly.
- Once you are comfortable, we will issue the order form under the master services agreement.
- Agree a start date and a named lead on your side for the implementation.
What would make this a yes? Tell us what is missing and we will work through it with you.
Thanks, Jordan
