What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Internal draft proposal for the Growth tier, dated 20 Mar 2026, not yet shared with the customer. Annual subscription £50,000, billed in advance; total first-year deal amount £62,000 including implementation. No discount applied. No availability % or P1 time is stated.
What it is: an internal draft proposal by Jordan Pike for Copperwick Logistics, Chicago. It states "Not yet shared with the customer" and lists internal review as the first next step.
Commits: nothing binding, as it is a draft. It sets the annual Growth subscription at £50,000 and a total first-year deal amount of £62,000, which "includes the one-off implementation fee; it is not the annual price". Implementation is a fixed fee over eight weeks.
Unusual: service levels are described only as "standard Growth service levels", with no figures. Connectors would carry a go-live commitment in days, but no connector dates are given.
Not settled: the final connector list, whether US data residency is wanted, who the first admins are, and the implementation fee as a separate figure. The evidence does not show that it was later sent or signed.

Body
Copperwick Logistics - Proposal v1
Draft for internal review. Not yet shared with the customer.
Prepared for: Copperwick Logistics, Chicago Prepared by: Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BB-Demo Customer success manager: Hollie Grieve Date: Friday 20 March 2026
Context
Copperwick Logistics is a truckload and intermodal freight brokerage serving Midwest shippers. Today the team pieces together a view of each shipper by hand across Salesforce, its transport management system and support. To be transparent, that is the problem we are here to fix: one place to ask about a shipper and get an answer from all three.
Copperwick would be one of BB-Demo's first US customers, and we want to get it right.
What we propose
The Growth tier of the brain, built and run inside Copperwick's own Snowflake account. Here's where we are on scope:
Read the whole document (2,857 characters)
- Connectors for Salesforce, the transport management system and the support system, within the Growth connector allowance.
- Pages, chat and search across the connected data.
- The dashboards builder, so Copperwick's teams can build their own views of each shipper.
- Quarterly business reviews with the customer success manager.
- User access up to the Growth user allowance.
- Nightly refresh, complete by 07:00 customer local time on business days.
Implementation
A fixed-fee implementation over eight weeks, covering connector design, the initial load and training for Copperwick's first users. Each connector promised in the order form will carry a go-live commitment in days.
Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual, billed in advance | £50,000 |
| One-off implementation fee | Included in the deal amount below |
| Total deal amount (first year, including implementation) | £62,000 |
The annual subscription price is £50,000. The deal amount of £62,000 is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee; it is not the annual price. No discount is applied in this draft.
Service levels
The standard Growth service levels apply: availability at the Growth commitment, with service credits for availability, and the Growth first response time for a P1 issue. Premium support and the Sandbox are not part of this proposal.
