What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final security questionnaire completed by Hannah Lowe on 8 Mar 2026 for the Growth tier. It states no availability percentage, response time or price. SSO and automated provisioning are Enterprise features, and data residency is an add-on.
What it is: a completed security questionnaire for the Growth tier, written by Hannah Lowe, Solutions Engineer, for a freight brokerage in Chicago. It states that "For Growth, this questionnaire is the review."
Commits: the brain runs inside the customer's own Snowflake account, data is not pooled for shared models, and incidents are notified "without undue delay". Refresh is nightly on business days for every tier.
Unusual: nothing off standard terms. Availability and first response are given only as "standard Growth" levels, with no figures. SSO and provisioning are excluded, and residency is an add-on that is "not assumed here".
Not settled: certifications and independent audit reports are not claimed. The document is not a contract and states no price, dates for renewal or connector delivery dates.

Body
Copperwick Logistics - Security Questionnaire
Status: Final. Completed by Hannah Lowe, Solutions Engineer, BB-Demo, on 8 Mar 2026.
This questionnaire covers the Growth tier of the BB-Demo company brain for Copperwick Logistics, a freight brokerage in Chicago. The brain will give one view of each shipper across Salesforce, the transport management system and support. Answers are as precise as I can make them. Where a control is not part of the Growth tier, it says so.
1. Architecture and data location
| # | Question | Answer |
|---|---|---|
| 1.1 | Where does the brain run? | Inside Copperwick's own Snowflake account. BB-Demo does not host a separate copy of your data. |
| 1.2 | Does customer data leave your Snowflake account? | Not as part of normal operation. The brain reads from connected sources and writes into your account. Any export would be at your written instruction. |
| 1.3 | Which sources are connected? | Salesforce, the transport management system and the support system, within the Growth connector allowance. |
| 1.4 | Is dedicated data residency available? | Yes, as an add-on. It is not included in Growth and is not assumed here. |
2. Access control
Read the whole document (3,732 characters)
| # | Question | Answer |
|---|---|---|
| 2.1 | How is access to the brain controlled? | Access is granted per user by your administrators, within the Growth user allowance. |
| 2.2 | Is single sign-on supported? | The short answer is that it is an Enterprise feature. It is not part of the Growth tier. |
| 2.3 | Is automated user provisioning supported? | Also an Enterprise feature, so not included in Growth. |
| 2.4 | Who at BB-Demo can reach your data? | Only staff who need access to deliver the service, and only through the access you grant in your Snowflake account. |
3. Data handling
| # | Question | Answer |
|---|---|---|
| 3.1 | Is data protected in transit and at rest? | Protection at rest and in transit follows the controls of your Snowflake account, which you own and configure. |
| 3.2 | Is customer data used to train shared models? | No. Your data stays in your account and is not pooled with other customers. |
| 3.3 | What happens to data when the contract ends? | Because the data sits in your account, you keep it. BB-Demo will remove its own components on request. |
4. Availability and support
| # | Question | Answer |
|---|---|---|
| 4.1 | What availability level applies? | The standard Growth availability level, with service credits for availability only. |
| 4.2 | How quickly is a top-priority incident answered? | At the standard Growth first-response time for a top-priority incident. A named engineer under the premium support add-on is not in the Growth tier. |
| 4.3 | When is data refreshed? | Nightly, complete by early morning customer local time on business days, for every tier. |
5. Incident response
| # | Question | Answer |
|---|---|---|
| 5.1 | How will you tell us about a security incident? | We will notify your named contacts without undue delay and describe what happened, what data is affected and what we are doing about it. |
| 5.2 | Is there a security review process? | A full security review is part of the Enterprise sales process. For Growth, this questionnaire is the review. I will put any follow-up in writing. |
6. Open points
- Certifications and independent audit reports: this questionnaire does not make claims about these. If your team needs them, ask and I will check with the right colleague and answer in writing.
- Any control not listed here is not claimed.
