Auerhain Industrietechnik - Data Processing Agreement
1. Introduction
This agreement sets out the terms under which BB-Demo Limited processes personal data on behalf of Auerhain Industrietechnik in the delivery of the Company Brain service.
2. Scope of data processing
BB-Demo shall process personal data only as instructed by Auerhain Industrietechnik and shall not process personal data for any other purpose. All processing shall be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection law.
3. Data security and storage
Personal data is stored within Auerhain Industrietechnik's Snowflake account. BB-Demo shall implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data and shall not access such data except as necessary to deliver the service.
4. Sub-processors
BB-Demo shall not engage any sub-processor to handle personal data without the prior written consent of Auerhain Industrietechnik.
5. Data subject rights
BB-Demo shall assist Auerhain Industrietechnik in fulfilling data subject rights requests and shall make available all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with data protection obligations.

6. Termination
