What it is: a customer-facing onboarding plan written by Callie Brennan, Implementation Consultant. It says Skovdal Software "will implement B-Brain's Starter tier beginning 1 Feb 2025" over four weeks.
Commits: four connectors built in sequence, with the accounting connector last in week 3, then acceptance testing, user training and production go-live in week 4. Connectors are to be live "within a few business days of credentials received".
Unusual: the connector timing is loose, with no fixed day count, unlike the "live within N days" commitment an order form would carry. The document also says "All connectors are now syncing cleanly" in the week 3 section, which reads as template wording written before the work.
Not settled: it is a plan, not a contract. It states no price, service levels, renewal date or signature, and the evidence does not show whether go-live happened on schedule. It is dated 4 Feb 2025 but asks for confirmation "before 1 Feb 2025", which is already past.
