What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Quarterly business review deck presented by Amara Obi on 22 Sep 2026 for a Growth tier customer with 40 licensed users and contracted ARR of £46,800. Active use is below a quarter of seats and still falling. The term ends 31 Oct 2026.
What it is: a QBR deck from BB-Demo's Customer Success Manager to Clonvara Insurance Services, filed as final. It states "Current term ends on 31 Oct 2026, so this review sits right ahead of the renewal conversation."
Commits: no contractual terms or service levels. It sets an action plan: Amara Obi to identify wider access, check connectors and run hands-on sessions, and Lewis Kerr to review seat count against use before 31 Oct 2026.
Risks: usage is described as "Fewer than a quarter of licensed seats" and down against the prior quarter. The deck warns use "may be concentrated in a small group" and that connector loading is unchecked.
Not settled: the deck gives no question counts, no named users and no renewal price. It does not say who at Clonvara attended, and Lewis Kerr's role is not stated.

Body
Clonvara Insurance Services - Quarterly Business Review
Presented by: Amara Obi, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo Date: Tuesday 22 September 2026 Tier: Growth
Slide 1: Where we are
- Clonvara Insurance Services has been a customer since 1 Nov 2025 on the Growth tier.
- 40 licensed users.
- Contracted annual recurring revenue: £46,800.
- Current term ends on 31 Oct 2026, so this review sits right ahead of the renewal conversation.
Slide 2: Usage, here's what the numbers say
| Measure | Reading |
|---|---|
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Average active users, last month | Fewer than a quarter of licensed seats |
| Change against the prior quarter | Down |
The fall is smaller than the one we saw earlier in the summer, but it is still a fall. Active use is well below the number of seats you pay for. We are flagging it plainly because usage that keeps drifting down is the first thing that makes a renewal harder to justify.
Slide 3: Value
Read the whole document (2,531 characters)
You bought the brain to see broker activity, policy queries and claims tickets together. The measure that best shows whether that is happening is the number of questions asked, and who is asking them. We want to look at that with you in the room, team by team, rather than quote a single headline.
Open question for Clonvara: which teams are asking the brain questions as part of their working week, and which are still reconciling by hand?
Slide 4: Support and service
- A few tickets in the last month, none of them high priority.
- No overdue invoices.
- Nothing on the account points to a service problem. The fall in usage looks like an adoption issue, not a reliability one.
Slide 5: Risks and gaps
- Active users well below licensed users.
- Use may be concentrated in a small group, which makes the account dependent on a few people.
- We do not yet know whether every connected source is still loading as expected. We will check this before the next review.
Slide 6: Plan
| Action | Owner | By when |
|---|---|---|
| Identify who else should have access, by team and by broker group | Amara Obi with Clonvara | Before the renewal conversation |
| Check every connector is loading and records are still being indexed | Amara Obi | Before the renewal conversation |
| Short hands-on session for teams not yet using the brain | Amara Obi | Agree dates this month |
| Review seat count against actual use, then discuss renewal terms | Lewis Kerr | Ahead of 31 Oct 2026 |
Let's get the next QBR in the diary once the renewal is settled.
