What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final renewal proposal from Lewis Kerr, dated 28 Aug 2026, for the Growth tier at £55,000 a year, billed annually in advance on 30-day terms. It is not an order form. It openly flags low seat usage against 40 licensed users and links signing to an adoption review.
What it is: a renewal proposal for the term following the current one, which ends on 31 Oct 2026. It is a proposal, not executed paper, and the order form is still to be issued.
Commits: it sets out Growth tier, 40 licensed users, an annual price of £55,000 and billing annually in advance on 30-day terms. Prices exclude VAT, and Growth service levels and quarterly business reviews "continue as they are today".
Unusual: the text states contracted annual recurring revenue of £46,800, so the proposed price is higher than that figure. It also says "only a minority of your licensed seats are in regular use" and offers to resize the renewal.
Not settled: the text gives no active user count, no discount, no start date beyond "after 31 Oct 2026" and no signature. Whether the user count or price will change is left open.

Body
Clonvara Insurance Services - Renewal Proposal
Prepared by: Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BB-Demo Prepared on: Friday 28 August 2026 Status: Final Customer: Clonvara Insurance Services, Dublin Customer success manager: Amara Obi
1. Context
Clonvara Insurance Services has run the company brain on the Growth tier since 1 Nov 2025. You bought it to see broker activity, policy queries and claims tickets together in one place, inside your own Snowflake account.
Your current term ends on 31 Oct 2026. This proposal sets out what we suggest for the renewal term that follows, so that there is no gap in service.
2. Where the account stands
- Contract: Growth tier, with 40 licensed users. Contracted annual recurring revenue is currently £46,800.
- Payments: no overdue invoices.
- Support: a small number of tickets in the last month, none of them high priority.
- Usage: this is the point we want to be straightforward about. The average number of active users has fallen compared with the prior quarter, and is now well below the 40 licensed users. To put a number on it, only a minority of your licensed seats are in regular use.

We would rather raise that now than at signing. A renewal is only worth having if your teams are getting value from the brain, and the usage trend says there is work to do on adoption.
3. Proposal
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Deal type | Renewal |
| Annual price | £55,000 |
| Billing | Annually in advance, 30-day terms |
| VAT | Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at the applicable rate |
The renewal term would start straight after the current term ends on 31 Oct 2026, and the Growth service levels and quarterly business reviews continue as they are today.
4. What we would do alongside the renewal
We do not want to ask you to renew on a seat count your teams are not using. Alongside this proposal, Amara Obi will:
- Review with you which teams and brokers were meant to be using the brain and who has not yet been given access.
- Check that every connected source is still loading, since a source that stops loading is a common reason for use to tail off.
- Agree a short adoption plan, with named people on your side, before the renewal is signed.
If, after that review, the right number of users is lower than the current allowance, tell us. I would rather size the renewal to the usage than quote something that does not hold up.
5. Next steps
