What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Internal draft renewal proposal dated 25 Aug 2026 for the Growth tier, proposing £55,000 for a one-year term from the day after the term ends on 31 Oct 2026. Not yet shared with the customer. Usage softness is the main open point.
What it is: an internal working draft by Lewis Kerr with input from Amara Obi. It states "Not yet shared with the customer" and says it "will be revised once the usage review is complete".
Commits: nothing binds either party yet. It proposes "Annual price | £55,000", billed "Annual, in advance, on standard payment terms", for 40 licensed users on a one-year term.
Unusual: it quotes contracted annual recurring revenue today of £46,800, against a proposed £55,000. It says "No first-term discount carries over into the renewal". It gives no availability percentage, P1 response time or connector dates, only "standard Growth service levels".
Not settled: why active users have softened, whether the user count stays at 40, and how the order form is issued. The evidence does not show a customer signatory. The term ends on 31 Oct 2026, so the renewal conversation is close.

Body
Clonvara Insurance Services - Renewal Proposal v1
Status: Draft. Dated 25 Aug 2026. Not yet shared with the customer. Written by Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, with input from Amara Obi, Customer Success Manager.
1. Context
Clonvara Insurance Services has been a BB-Demo customer since 1 Nov 2025 on the Growth tier. The brain brings broker activity, policy queries and claims tickets into one view for the business in Dublin. The current term ends on 31 Oct 2026, so this proposal sets out how we would like to renew it.
Contracted annual recurring revenue today is £46,800. The licence covers 40 users.
2. How the account is doing
- Payments: no overdue invoices.
- Support: two tickets in the last 30 days, none of them high priority.
- Usage: the number of active users has softened compared with the previous quarter. The licence is not being used to its full allowance, and we want to understand why before the renewal conversation, not during it.
We are treating the usage trend as the main point to resolve. The account is healthy on payment and support, so this looks like an adoption question rather than a service problem.
3. Proposed renewal

| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Deal type | Renewal |
| Users | 40 licensed users |
| Connectors | The Growth connector allowance |
| Annual price | £55,000 |

The annual price of £55,000 is the renewal value for the full year. No first-term discount carries over into the renewal.
4. What stays the same
- The Growth tier, including the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews.
- The standard Growth service levels for availability and P1 response.
- The nightly refresh, complete before the start of the customer's business day.
5. Open points
- Confirm with the customer's operations lead which teams are using the brain day to day and which have drifted away.
- Agree whether a short adoption session for broker-facing and claims teams would help before the renewal date.
- Check whether the number of licensed users should stay as it is or be reviewed once usage is clearer.
- Decide with the customer's finance team how they want the renewal order form issued.
6. Next steps
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Review usage by team and by person | Amara Obi | Before the renewal conversation |
| Hold the renewal conversation with the customer | Lewis Kerr | Well ahead of 31 Oct 2026 |
