Draft proposal from Lewis Kerr dated 3 Mar 2026 to expand Clonvara's Growth subscription by £5,000 a year, co-termed to the 31 Oct 2026 renewal. Contracted value is stated as £41,800 a year. Still a draft for discussion with open points.

What it is: A proposal, marked "Status: Draft for discussion", for an expansion of the existing Growth subscription with no change of tier. It is an open item, not executed paper.

Commits: Nothing binding. It states "Annual value of the expansion" of £5,000 and "Total deal amount for this order" of £2,836, and says the total is "not an annual price".

Unusual: The £2,836 order total sits beside a £5,000 annual value without a stated calculation, which could be a pro-rata for the period to 31 Oct 2026 but the text does not say so. The £41,800 contracted figure is the document's own statement, not checked against an order form.

Not settled: Which users and teams are covered, the go-live date for the extra capacity, and who signs. No order form is attached and the document does not show whether a final proposal followed.

Clonvara Insurance Services - Proposal v1

Status: Draft for discussion

Prepared by Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: Tuesday 3 March 2026 Customer success manager: Amara Obi

Context

Clonvara Insurance Services has used the brain since 1 Nov 2025 to see broker activity, policy queries and claims tickets together, on the Growth tier. The subscription is currently contracted at £41,800 a year and runs to 31 Oct 2026, with 40 licensed users.

Since go-live, use across your teams has grown well. More people are asking the brain questions each week, and support load on our side has been light. This proposal sets out a modest expansion of the Growth subscription to match that adoption.

Proposed scope

  • An expansion of your existing Growth subscription, with no change of tier.
  • The expansion is co-termed to your renewal on 31 Oct 2026, so you have one renewal date and one conversation.
  • Existing connectors, dashboards and pages continue as they are. No re-implementation is needed.
  • Your customer success manager, Amara Obi, continues to run the quarterly business reviews.

Annual value of the expansion£5,000
Total deal amount for this order£2,836
Current contracted annual recurring revenue£41,800

Prices are shown excluding VAT. The total deal amount is the value of this order and is not an annual price. The annual value of the expansion is the figure that carries forward at renewal.

Open points

  • Confirm with your team which users and teams the expansion is meant to cover.
  • Confirm the date from which the additional capacity should be live.
  • Agree who at Clonvara will sign the order form.

Next steps

  • You review this draft and send me any questions. I will turn them around the same day.
  • Once the open points are settled, I will issue the final proposal and an order form under your existing MSA.
  • Amara will then confirm the change with your administrators.

To put a number on it, the expansion adds £5,000 a year to your subscription, and I'll send that over today in a clean quote once the open points are closed.

Kind regards, Lewis
