What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Version 1 onboarding plan dated 3 Nov 2025 for Clonvara Insurance Services on the Growth tier: eight-week implementation, 40 licensed users, subscription 1 Nov 2025 to 31 Oct 2026. It lists £41,800 as annual recurring revenue and states no availability or P1 figures.
What it is: a delivery plan prepared by Laura Penhaligon, marked Final, setting out five phases from kick-off to handover to Amara Obi. It is a project plan, not an order form.
Commits: "eight weeks from the start date" for implementation, training of users "up to the licensed number of 40", and quarterly business reviews on the Growth tier. Clonvara is asked for a named sponsor, system access and team lead time.
Unusual: the plan itself carries a price line of £41,800 as annual recurring revenue, which should be checked against the executed order form. It names Lewis Kerr and Amara Obi as owners as at 3 Nov 2025.
Not settled: no availability, P1 response, refresh deadline, service credit or connector-live dates are stated. The plan is a year old and the end date of 31 Oct 2026 is near, so the renewal conversation it promised is now due.

This plan sets out how BB-Demo will bring Clonvara Insurance Services live on the Growth tier of the company brain. The goal is simple: broker activity, policy queries and claims tickets visible together in one place, so that teams stop reconciling them by hand.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Kick-off | Week one | Confirm goals, users and the Snowflake account set-up; agree the connector list | Laura Penhaligon | Project sponsor |
| 2. Connect sources | Weeks two to four | Connect the CRM, the helpdesk and the other agreed systems; confirm access and permissions | Laura Penhaligon | A colleague in IT |
| 3. Load and validate | Weeks four to six | First full load; check records against source; agree the nightly refresh | Laura Penhaligon | Operations lead |
| 4. Train | Weeks six and seven | Sessions for brokers, policy and claims teams; show how to ask the brain questions | Laura Penhaligon | Team leads |
| 5. Go-live and handover | Week eight | Confirm go-live; hand over to the customer success manager for adoption and reviews | Amara Obi | Project sponsor |
4. Milestones
- Kick-off held and connector list agreed.
- All agreed connectors loading without errors.
- First validated load signed off by Clonvara.
- Users trained and invited, up to the licensed number of 40.
- Go-live confirmed and handover to Amara Obi completed.
5. What BB-Demo needs from Clonvara
- A named project sponsor who can make decisions quickly.
- Access to the Snowflake account and to each source system for the agreed connectors.
- A short list of the questions each team wants the brain to answer first.
- Availability of team leads for the training sessions.
6. Risks to watch
- Source systems that change during the build can stop a connector loading; Clonvara should tell us before any change.
- Slow access approvals can delay the connect phase.
- Low early use can hide a data problem, so we will check usage weekly during onboarding.
7. After go-live
Amara Obi will run quarterly business reviews on the Growth tier and will start the renewal conversation well ahead of the end date of 31 Oct 2026. Lewis Kerr remains the contact for any change to users or connectors.
