Proposal from Lewis Kerr dated 10 Sep 2025 for the Growth tier: annual subscription £41,800, first-year total £53,800 including one-off implementation. It is a proposal, not an executed order form, and states no availability or P1 figures.

What it is: a version 1 proposal, stored as final, prepared by Lewis Kerr for Clonvara Insurance Services, Dublin. It proposes the Growth tier built inside the customer's own Snowflake account over CRM, calls, mailboxes and helpdesk.

Commits: it quotes "Annual subscription, Growth tier | £41,800" and a first-year total of £53,800. The text says the £53,800 "should not be read as an annual price". Invoicing is annual in advance on standard payment terms.

Unusual: nothing off the standard terms. Service levels are only referred to as "Growth service levels, including the Growth P1 first response", with no figures stated.

Not settled: the proposal does not show acceptance, a signature, an order form, connector delivery dates or a discount. Any price actually contracted must come from an executed order form. The implementation fee is not stated separately.

Clonvara Insurance Services - Proposal

Prepared for: Clonvara Insurance Services, Dublin Prepared by: Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 10 Sep 2025 Version: 1 (final)

1. Context

Clonvara Insurance Services is an Irish commercial insurance intermediary and underwriting agency. Today the picture of your business is split across several systems: broker activity sits in the CRM, policy queries arrive by email and call, and claims tickets live in the helpdesk. Answering a simple question such as "which brokers are generating the most policy queries, and what happens to those queries as claims?" means reconciling those sources by hand.

You asked us to show how one connected layer could remove that effort and give your teams a single place to ask.

2. What we propose

BB-Demo would build the company brain inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays under your control. The brain connects your CRM, call recordings, mailboxes and helpdesk, and lets your people search, chat and build pages and dashboards over all of it.

We propose the Growth tier, which suits several teams working from the same data and includes the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews.

3. Scope

AreaWhat is included
SubscriptionCompany Brain on the Growth tier, for the Growth user and connector allowances
ImplementationFixed-fee Growth implementation: connecting your sources, loading history, configuring pages and search, and training your first teams
Use casesBroker activity, policy queries and claims tickets viewed together
ReviewsQuarterly business reviews with your customer success manager
SupportGrowth service levels, including the Growth P1 first response

4. Pricing

All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT.

ItemAmount
Annual subscription, Growth tier£41,800
One-off implementationincluded in the first-year total below
First-year total (subscription plus implementation)£53,800

The subscription figure of £41,800 is the annual price and is the amount that recurs each year. The first-year total of £53,800 is the full value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee, so it should not be read as an annual price.

The subscription is invoiced annually in advance, on our standard payment terms. Any discount shown in the order form applies to the first term only.

5. How we would work with you

  1. Order form. Once you are happy with this proposal, we issue an order form under our Master Services Agreement.
  2. Kick-off. Your customer success manager, Amara Obi, agrees the plan with your team and confirms which sources connect first.
  3. Implementation. We connect, load and test your data on a sample of real broker and claims questions.
  4. Go-live and training. Your teams start asking questions of the brain; we review adoption together at the first quarterly review.

6. Next steps

If this reflects what you want to buy, I will send over the order form and the draft Master Services Agreement for your legal team to review. Please tell me the date by which you would like the brain live and I will work back from it.

Kind regards,

Lewis Kerr Account Executive, BB-Demo lewis.kerr@bb-demo.example
