What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Draft proposal from Lewis Kerr, issued 5 Sep 2025, for the Growth tier at £41,800 a year, with £53,800 as total first-term deal value including implementation. It states no availability or P1 response figures and is not an order form.
What it is: a draft for discussion, not a contract. The text says "Draft for discussion" and closes with "We issue an order form under the MSA for signature", so it is an open item.
Commits: nothing binding. It sets out the Growth tier, "The annual subscription is £41,800, invoiced annually in advance on 30-day terms", and prices "excluding VAT".
Unusual: the £53,800 is "the total value of the deal for the first term. It is not an annual price." Do not read it as ARR. The £41,800 differs from the Growth list figure in the company brief, and the text does not explain why.
Not settled: sources, first teams, day-to-day contact and start date are listed as open points. The implementation fee is not stated separately, and no service levels or connector dates appear. Whether an order form was later signed is not shown here.

Body
Clonvara Insurance Services - Proposal v1
Draft for discussion. Issued by Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BB-Demo, on 5 Sep 2025. Account CSM once live: Amara Obi.
1. Context
Clonvara Insurance Services is a Dublin-based commercial insurance intermediary and underwriting agency. Today, broker activity, policy queries and claims tickets sit in separate systems, and answering a simple question about a broker or a policy means reconciling them by hand.
BB-Demo proposes the company brain: one AI-queryable layer over those sources, built and run inside Clonvara's own Snowflake account, so that teams can ask a question once and see the whole picture.
2. What we propose
| Item | Proposal |
|---|---|
| Subscription tier | Growth |
| Teams covered | Several teams: broker management, policy servicing and claims |
| Included | Pages, chat and search, the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews |
| Users and connectors | The standard Growth user and connector allowances |
| Data location | Inside Clonvara's own Snowflake account |
3. Scope of the implementation
Read the whole document (2,651 characters)
- Connect the CRM, the helpdesk and the call recorder as the first sources, plus the policy and claims data Clonvara chooses to include.
- Build the first pages and a starter set of dashboards around broker activity, policy queries and claims tickets.
- Train the first group of users and agree how the team will ask questions of the brain.
- Hand over to the customer success team for adoption support and quarterly reviews.
The implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee piece of work delivered to a plan agreed at kick-off.
4. Commercials
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Annual subscription, Growth tier | £41,800 |
| Total deal value, including the one-off implementation fee | £53,800 |
The £53,800 is the total value of the deal for the first term. It is not an annual price. The annual subscription is £41,800, invoiced annually in advance on 30-day terms. All prices are shown excluding VAT.
5. Security and data handling
Because the brain runs inside Clonvara's own Snowflake account, data does not leave the environment Clonvara already controls. We will answer any security or data protection questions from Clonvara's team as part of the review.
6. Open points
- Final list of sources for the first phase.
- Which teams join first and who acts as the day-to-day contact.
- Target start date for the implementation.
7. Next steps
- Clonvara reviews this draft and tells us which sources matter most.
- We confirm scope and timings in a short call.
- We issue an order form under the MSA for signature.
Kind regards, Lewis
