What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Version 1 proposal dated 2 Mar 2026 recommending the Enterprise tier. Annual subscription £120,500 in advance; total deal amount £150,500 including one-off implementation. It is a proposal, not an executed order form, and states no availability or P1 figures.
What it is: a proposal from Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, to Hollowmere Care Group, stored as final but still a proposal. Next step is an order form under the MSA, so it binds no one.
Price: "The annual price of £120,500 is the recurring subscription." The £150,500 deal amount "is not an annual price" and includes the one-off implementation fee.
Service: Enterprise service levels and credits for availability and data freshness are referred to, but no availability percentage, P1 response time or refresh time is stated. Connector commitments are mentioned only generally.
Not settled: the implementation fee is not shown separately, no connector list or go-live days are given, and the evidence does not show whether an order form was signed. Any discount would apply to the first term only.

Body
Hollowmere Care Group - Proposal
Prepared for: Hollowmere Care Group, Leeds Prepared by: Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success contact: Hollie Grieve Date: 2 Mar 2026 Version: 1 (final)
1. Context
Hollowmere Care Group operates about forty residential and nursing care homes across Yorkshire and the North East. Today, information about family and commissioner contact, incidents and fee invoices sits in separate systems, and building a view for a single home means reconciling them by hand.
You asked us to show how a single, queryable layer could give home managers and the central team one picture per home. This proposal sets out what we would build, what it would cost and how we would get there.
2. What BB-Demo would deliver
BB-Demo provides the company brain: one AI-queryable layer over your connected systems, built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays in your environment.
For Hollowmere Care Group, the first scope is:
Read the whole document (3,808 characters)
- Family and commissioner contact: calls, emails and tickets brought together by home, so a manager can ask what has been said to a family or a commissioner and when.
- Incidents: incident records searchable alongside the related contact, by home and over time.
- Fee invoices: invoice and payment status visible per home next to the contact history.
Your teams would use pages, chat and search, and the dashboards builder for the views your operations and finance teams want to keep.
3. Tier and service
We recommend the Enterprise tier because the brain would be used company-wide and by a regulated buyer. Enterprise includes:
- single sign-on and user provisioning through SSO and SCIM;
- an executive sponsor on the BB-Demo side;
- the Enterprise allowance of users and connectors;
- the Enterprise availability and first-response service levels, with service credits covering availability and data freshness;
- security review support as part of the implementation.
The nightly refresh completes before the start of each business day, as on every tier.
4. Pricing
| Item | Basis | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Enterprise subscription | Annual, in advance | £120,500 |
| Implementation | One-off, fixed fee | Included in the deal amount below |

The annual price of £120,500 is the recurring subscription. The deal amount of £150,500 is the total value of the deal, including the one-off implementation fee, and is not an annual price.
