1. Definitions
In this Agreement:
- Controller means Wrenfield Property Management
- Processor means BB-Demo Limited
- Personal Data means any data relating to identified or identifiable natural persons processed in the provision of the Company Brain service
2. Processor Obligations
BB-Demo agrees to:
- Process Personal Data only on documented instructions from the Controller
- Ensure that persons authorised to process Personal Data have committed to confidentiality
- Assist the Controller in meeting its data subject rights obligations under UK GDPR
- Delete or return Personal Data upon service termination
- Make available all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with UK GDPR
- Support audits and inspections by the Controller or its appointed auditor
3. Sub-processors
BB-Demo uses the following sub-processors to deliver the service:
- Amazon Web Services (cloud infrastructure and services)
- Snowflake (data warehouse, hosted in the Controller's own account)

4. Data Residency

5. Data Security
BB-Demo implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure Personal Data:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Role-based access controls and segregation
- Regular security updates and patches
- Incident response and breach notification procedures
6. Data Subject Rights
BB-Demo will support the Controller in meeting requests from data subjects for access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection without undue delay.
7. Duration
This Agreement runs for the duration of the service contract and thereafter for a reasonable period for data deletion.
