Parties
This Agreement is made between BB-Demo Limited ("BB-Demo"), a data software company incorporated in England and Wales, and Wrenfield Property Management ("Customer").
Services
BB-Demo will provide the Company Brain software platform on the Starter tier. This service enables Customer to integrate and query data from Customer's CRM, helpdesk, calls, and invoicing systems in a single queryable layer built within Customer's own Snowflake account.
Term
The Agreement shall run for one year commencing 1 Mar 2026 and concluding on 28 Feb 2027.
