Silverbeck Energy Services - Master Services Agreement
1. Parties
This agreement is between BB-Demo Limited, trading as BB-Demo, and Silverbeck Energy Services.
2. Services
BB-Demo will design, deploy and operate the Company Brain, a data integration and query layer built inside the customer's Snowflake account, for the duration of this agreement.

- Billing: Annual in advance
- Payment terms: 30 days from invoice
- Renewal: The subscription renews on 30 November 2026 for a further term of 12 months unless either party gives written notice of termination. On termination at renewal, the customer may remove all data from the brain at any time. For material breach, either party may terminate on written notice allowing reasonable time to cure.
6. Data residency and security
All data is stored and processed inside the customer's own Snowflake account in the customer's nominated region. BB-Demo has no persistent copy; all data is deleted on termination.
