What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final v1 proposal from Tom Ashdown to expand the Growth subscription with additional user blocks. It states an annual expansion price of £7,000 and a total deal value of £2,742. It is a proposal, not an order form.
What it is: a proposal dated 16 Jun 2025 from Tom Ashdown for additional user blocks on the existing Growth subscription. It describes the current position as 40 licensed users, contracted annual recurring revenue of £39,600 and a term ending 30 November 2025.
Commits: nothing binding. The text says "please treat this page as the shape of the deal and the order form as the contract", so figures are confirmed only on an order form.
Unusual: two figures sit side by side, an annual price of £7,000 and a total deal value of £2,742, described as the amount for this expansion "as it sits inside your current contract". The text does not explain how the two relate.
Not settled: the number of user blocks, the signatory, any signing date, and whether an order form followed. The document is over a year old at the as-of date, so it should be treated as an open or stale item unless an executed order form shows otherwise.

Body
Dunholm Precision - Proposal
Prepared for: Dunholm Precision, Sheffield Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: Monday 16 June 2025 Status: Final, version 1
1. Where we are today
Dunholm Precision has been a BB-Demo customer since 1 December 2024, on the Growth tier. You bought the brain to see customer orders, quality tickets and sales-engineer calls in one place, and that is what it has been doing for your teams since.
The current position, as we hold it:
- Tier: Growth
- Licensed users: 40
- Contracted annual recurring revenue: £39,600
- Current term ends: 30 November 2025
Usage has been steady and a little up on the previous quarter. There have been no support tickets recently and no overdue invoices, so the service is doing its job quietly. That is the best kind of account to be looking after.
2. What we are proposing
An expansion of your existing Growth subscription: additional user blocks, so that more people across the business can ask the brain questions directly instead of waiting for someone else to pull an answer.

Nothing about the way the brain is built changes. It stays inside your own Snowflake account, with the same connectors, the same nightly refresh and the same service levels you have today. The extra users simply sit alongside the existing 40.
Scope
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth (unchanged) |
| Change | Additional user blocks on the existing subscription |
| Deal type | Expansion of an existing contract |
| Connectors | No change |
| Implementation | None needed; this is a licence change only |
3. Pricing
| Measure | Amount |
|---|---|
| Annual price of the expansion | £7,000 |
| Total value of this deal | £2,742 |
The annual price is what the expansion costs over a full year. The total deal value is the amount for this expansion as it sits inside your current contract. It sits on top of your existing subscription and does not replace it.
As ever, Tom will confirm the final figures on the order form before anything is signed, so please treat this page as the shape of the deal and the order form as the contract.
4. Why now
- More of your team can get answers straight from the brain, which is where the value shows up.
- Doing it before the end of the current term keeps everything on one contract and one renewal date.
- It gives you a clearer picture of real usage before you decide how you want to renew.
5. Next steps
- You read this and tell us whether the scope looks right, or what you would change.
- Tom prepares an order form for the expansion under your existing agreement.
- Your authorised signatory reviews and signs.
- Daniel Okafor, your customer success manager, helps you bring the new users on and checks in once they are live.
If anything here needs a conversation, let's get something in the diary. No drama either way.
Best, Tom Ashdown Account Executive, BB-Demo
