What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Final quarterly review deck prepared by Daniel Okafor for a Growth-tier customer, dated 27 Apr 2025. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £39,600 and a term ending 30 Nov 2025. It is a review, not a contract, and it is now stale.
What it is: a QBR deck by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, reviewing adoption since go-live on 1 Dec 2024. It states "Contracted annual recurring revenue | £39,600" and "Licensed users | 40", with "On average roughly seven people are active in a typical month."
Commits: nothing contractual. It sets internal actions for Daniel and Tom Ashdown, such as a how-to session, a dashboards builder walkthrough and collecting value examples before renewal.
Unusual: the deck has no service levels or price terms of its own. The £39,600 figure is quoted in this deck and is not checked here against the order form or invoices.
Not settled: the deck is dated 27 Apr 2025 and says the term runs to 30 Nov 2025. It does not show later usage, the renewal outcome or whether the value examples were collected. The text names Tom Ashdown as account owner, but HR records would need to confirm he is still at BB-Demo.

Where we are
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Customer | Dunholm Precision, Sheffield |
| Tier | Growth |
| Customer since | 1 Dec 2024 |
| Current term ends | 30 Nov 2025 |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £39,600 |
| Licensed users | 40 |
Dunholm Precision bought the brain to see customer orders, quality tickets and sales-engineer calls in one place. This review looks at how far the team has got with that since go-live.
Usage
- Active users have grown clearly compared with the previous quarter. On average roughly seven people are active in a typical month.
- That is a small share of the licensed users, so there is plenty of headroom in the Growth allowance and room to bring more of the business in.
- Adoption is led by the people closest to quality and customer orders, which is where we expected the first value.
Value
Read the whole document (2,716 characters)
- The team now asks the brain for order and quality context that used to mean working across several systems by hand.
- Sales-engineer calls sit alongside the order and ticket history, so a question about a customer can be answered from one place.
- We would like to capture two or three concrete examples of time saved with the team before the renewal conversation, so the value case is in the customer's own words.
Support and service
- No tickets have been raised in the last month, and none of high priority.
- The nightly refresh has run as expected and nothing has been flagged to us.
- There are no overdue invoices on the account.
Quiet support is good news here, but we will keep checking in with the team so that silence does not hide a question nobody has got round to asking.
Plan for the next quarter
| Action | Owner | When |
|---|---|---|
| Run a short how-to session for new users in the quality and sales-engineering teams | Daniel Okafor | Next month |
| Walk the team through the dashboards builder included in Growth | Daniel Okafor | This quarter |
| Talk with the customer about extra users and sources as adoption widens | Tom Ashdown | After the session above |
| Collect value examples ahead of renewal planning | Daniel Okafor | Before the end of the summer |
Looking ahead to renewal
The current term runs to 30 Nov 2025. The renewal notice and conversation will come from Daniel in good time, and nothing needs deciding now. Our aim is that by then the team can say plainly what the brain has given them.
Just to close the loop: if anyone at Dunholm Precision would like a topic added to the next review, Daniel is happy to take it.
