Parties
This agreement is between BB-Demo, a London data business (the Supplier), and Dunholm Precision, of Sheffield (the Customer).
The Supplier's account owner is Tom Ashdown, Account Executive. The Customer's customer success manager is Daniel Okafor.
Services
The Supplier will provide the company brain on the Growth tier, built and run inside the Customer's own Snowflake account, together with a one-off implementation of the Growth tier.

The Customer's data remains in the Customer's Snowflake account. The Supplier will access it only to provide and support the services.
