What it says
What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Proposal from Tom Ashdown to Dunholm Precision for the Growth tier, dated 23 Aug 2024. Annual subscription £39,600, total deal value £51,600 including the one-off implementation fee. Availability and P1 figures are not stated.
What it is: a version 1 sales proposal from Tom Ashdown, filed as final but not a contract. It proposes the Growth tier with connectors for customer orders, quality tickets and sales-engineer calls.
Commits: nothing binding. It states "The annual subscription price is £39,600" and a total deal value of £51,600 that "is not an annual price" because it includes the one-off implementation fee.
Unusual: the subscription price of £39,600 differs from the v1 list Growth price of £44,000 in the company brief. The proposal gives no discount or reason for the difference.
Not settled: service levels are only "The standard Growth service levels apply", with credits left to the order form. The text gives no connector dates, term length or signature, so the executed order form decides contracted terms.

Body
Dunholm Precision - Proposal
Dunholm Precision, Sheffield
From: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo
Date: 23 Aug 2024
1. Context
Dunholm Precision makes precision machined components for aerospace and energy customers. Customer orders, quality tickets and sales-engineer calls each sit in a different system, so getting a joined-up picture of an order means a manual exercise across all three.
BB-Demo's company brain puts those sources into one AI-queryable layer, built and run inside Dunholm Precision's own Snowflake account. Your data stays with you, and your teams ask questions of it directly.
2. What we propose
We propose the Growth tier, designed for several teams working from one shared view.

- Customer orders: pulled from your CRM and accounting system, indexed and searchable.
- Quality tickets: pulled from the helpdesk and linked to the customer and order they relate to.
- Sales-engineer calls: taken from the call recorder, transcribed and searchable alongside everything else.
- Pages, chat and search across all of the above, with the dashboards builder for teams who want their own views.
- Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Daniel Okafor, to check adoption and value.
3. Scope of the implementation
The implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee piece of work. It covers:
- Connecting the agreed sources to the brain inside your Snowflake account.
- Building the first set of pages for the sales engineering, quality and order teams.
- Training the first group of users so they are asking real questions from the start.
4. Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual, in advance | £39,600 |
| Total deal value (first year subscription plus the one-off implementation fee) | £51,600 |
The annual subscription price is £39,600. The total deal value of £51,600 is not an annual price: it includes the one-off implementation fee, which is not repeated at renewal.
5. Service levels
The standard Growth service levels apply. That means the Growth availability commitment, the Growth first-response time for priority-one issues, and a nightly refresh completed before the working day begins. Service credits for availability are set out in the order form.
6. How we would work together
| Phase | What happens | BB-Demo owner |
|---|---|---|
| Agree | Proposal accepted and order form signed under the MSA | Tom Ashdown |
| Build | Connectors live and first pages built | Daniel Okafor |
| Adopt | User training and first quarterly review | Daniel Okafor |
7. Next steps
- Dunholm Precision reviews this proposal and sends any questions to Tom.
- We agree the final list of connectors and the first group of users.
- BB-Demo issues the order form under the MSA for signature.
- Implementation starts as soon as the order form is signed.
Tom is happy to walk your team through any part of this at a time that suits you.
